One day, he was checking how his group had fared on a hunt. There, he notices a family that is extremely poor and plagued by violence. He kills a man who, under the influence of alcohol, murdered his wife. In the corner of the room, he hears the cry of a baby.

Sonet fell for Neto's stupid idea to use bait, which put them both at a disadvantage. Sonet ended up in a harem, where she helped other women from the Ooman tribe give birth and met Bora. A few years old, a hybrid of Yautja and human, they both try to survive and plan their escape.

Because of his mistake, Neto was kicked out of the crew. Begging his friend for help, he receives his armor and sets out to find Sonet.
