        "Excuse me?" Lily spun around in confusion, turning her head to look at what she assumed to be one of the other students -- After all, her teacher was not the only one who made use of the sunshine. "What do you mean beat an original?" She was not even trying to beat anyone. The brunette was only running, like they were all told to.

         "Aren't you a little harsh on yourself?" She murmured as she walked into the building -- The things that she could see looked far from bad, but then again.. "Though I have to admit that I am not the best judge." Things were 'pretty' or 'not pretty' in her eyes, that was all. Lily could not understand the depth that others saw in pictures; she would not even be here if she did not have a task to finish for school.

                      “Welcome to my art gallery!        Let me warn you,              my art isn’t all that good.”

         "I told you what I want -- I want answers, I want to understand!" The young woman did not look at Elizabeth for a long moment, but when she did she could not keep herself from backing up, surprise on her face. "How did you do that?!" Did nobody tell her that Halloween tricks were meant for October, not for everday use?

         ”Not really.” Alright. Lizzy had had enough. She brought her fangs out as a small threat. “You have five minutes to tell me what you want.”

         "It kind of is." At least the slightest bit -- given that she did not have any idea why on earth she was staring at a person that could be her very own reflection inside the mirror. "Because I want answers." And right in this moment, Lily did not even care whether the other woman had them or not; She needed something, anything.

   Elizabeth was almost tired of her asking so many questions. “Now that, is none of your business.” The girl in front of her was getting very annoying very fast.

        "I.. I am Lily." She stuttered, unable to take her eyes off the other woman --

                                                                       a woman that looked just like her.

         "Who are you?!" Wow. This had to be a nightmare dream. Right?!

                                                       ”You have five seconds to say why-                                                                                               Who the hell are you?”

          Why did he sound so bitter when he spoke about this? For all that she knew it was not a bad thing -- being able to protect yourself. It was something that so many people wanted to be capable of, but Lily did not know him well enough to make any assumptions, search for possible explanations. The only thing that she could guess was that he had his reasons and that was enough for her; Everyone was different and it did not seem right to her to question why. "I wish I knew how to work a gun." She shrugged, taking another sip of Mountain Dew as she made the lame attempt to brighten the mood. "Just in case we do have a zombie apocalpyse, of course." Yeah, right. As if she would not allow people to shoot her if she ever started to believe in that, or any different kind of supernatural force. Whether it was silly or not, she simply did not want him to get into a bad mood. After all, he did not seem to be in a bad mood while he played his video games and it was Lily who kind of interrupted him.

         "Unfortunately, 'sometimes' happens quite often." Or that was what she experienced, but maybe that was only because she spent most of her life in one hell of a small town, with a small choice of guys. That did make a difference, did it not? The brunette took another sip of her drink, eyebrows shooting up; It was not rare for her to notice the changes in the atmosphere, but this one happened quite fast, allowing her to understand the answer before he even verbalized it. Yet, unlike anything she expected herself to do, she could not keep her mouth shut for too long. "Are you sure?" It was not a sign of being pushy, or doubting him, it was more like an offer. One that he could easily decline with a 'yes', if he wanted to shake this subject right off.

        It was just that people rarely meant it when they said that it did not matter and this was who she was -- she was rather safe than sorry, even if she barely knew him.

      Well, another reason that he barely noticed how sweet Mountain Dew was probably had to do with the fact that he practically inhaled the stuff whenever he drank it. But it was something that he’d always done, even back before he became a terrible person. And since so much had changed, he wasn’t about to change the minor things that had stayed the same about him. Even if it meant being able to get a better taste of Mountain Dew. “Oh, I definitely know how to protect myself,” he said, with a bitter undertone. Sure, he could protect himself, but was he able to protect anyone else? No. In fact, just the opposite always happened. Around him, people got hurt. Even being with her right now was risky, because he never knew when he was going to snap. Thankfully, it usually happened when his emotions got out of control, when he thought too much about all the bad parts of his past. And right now, he was doing okay. So she should be safe, for now. Hopefully.

     “No, I mean sex is the only other thing I could think of that could ever possible be better than playing video games. And it depends on the person. Sometimes, people suck at sex.” That was always disappointing, especially since he used sex to numb himself. So when it was bad, it never did a great job of that. His expression immediately hardened at her question, his walls flying up. No, he wouldn’t talk to someone he barely knew about those kinds of things. Not now, not ever. Last time he told someone about that kind of stuff, they threw it back in his face. He wouldn’t be making the same mistake twice. “It doesn’t matter.”

         So she did, hm? Good. It would have been awkward if she did not wonder about this at all and the smirk on her lips was already awkward enough. Lily crossed her arms, suppressing the urge to shake her head at the mirror-like girl in front of her. "Why don't you elaborate? I'm.. curios." Hey, if the stranger had a good reason or explanation for this, the brunette would gladly laugh with her! She simply doubted it.

         Wow. This girl seemed nothing her. “Oh trust me, I’m wondering how this happened. Yes, there is just a bout everything funny about this.” No one knew how much Elizabeth wanted to flash her fangs at her look-alike.

         A little? Seriously? -- Great; it seemed like she did not only have a look alike, but also a crazy look alike! "So you are not wondering how on earth something like that is possible? You are just going to laugh it off? There is nothing funny about this." To be quite honest, it was terrifying, though Lily attempted to build up a calm facade. There was no need to make a fool out of herself, especially in front of a stranger.

         ”… A little.” Lizzy had a small smirk on her face. To her, she was confused as to why the woman didn’t think this was even a little bit hilarious. “It’s funny because we look the same.”

        Lily merely smiled at his remark instead of responding to it, if only because her mouth was a little busy with the food right now. Fortunately for her, she did not get too hungry while she traveled and stayed distracted, but that did not mean that she did not love food. She truly did, which was exactly why she enjoyed this even more than the cereal bar that she had, not long ago. She was just a sucker for fresh croissants.

         However, the brunette started to chew a little faster once Greg asked her a question, placing the food back on her plate as she replied. "I still do not mind either option, but maybe we should walk. You got me curious now." And it would not be wrong to learn some survival skills from him, if she could. "Is that okay with you?"

        Because she really did not mind if he preferred a bus ride. His next question was not easy to answer and Lily shook her head, taking another bite of her croissant. "The 'where' is not so important to me right now." The job offers were a different thing. There was not exactly much that she could do, now that she ditched school anyway.

                     "Any place with a nightlife should work.. What about you?"

         "Do you think this is funny?" Lily questioned, the frown deepening on her face with each passing moment. The other woman almost seemed amused and that was something she definitely could not understand. "Because I don't exactly think that this is funny!" After all, it seemed close to impossible that she had a long lost twin sister.

         Her parents were far too religious to even think about giving up on a child.

        “You’ll practically be looking at me if you look in a mirror.” Elizabeth stated, a little bit of sarcasm seeping  in her tone. This was strange, she’d never ran into a girl who looked just like her.

         Lily raised her eyebrows and reached up with her hand, wiping the chocolatey spread from her cheek. "Wow, this is embarrassing." She murmured before she started to laugh. What a nice first impression. "I guess I am still eating Nutella like a child."

         Well -- there was a good chance that she was overreacting, but what did the other woman expect? It was not like Lily ran into someone who shared a face with her before. "That does not change that I don't want to look at you!" It was too odd.
