How entertains Aizen himself in Hueco Mundo?

headcanon.

Be it no secret: naught occurs that he does not ALLOW.

In light of some entertainment in such a desolate land, one could only imagine that he would find it in the unyielding loyalty of those that serve him. How’d they’d much rather lay down their lives for the sake of his greater cause. Unbeknownst to they, they are but pawns in lieu of the greater goal. EXPENDABLE. Necessarily so, in fact. For in truth, Aizen is more than capable of taking Ichigo and his companions to their knees on his own early on in the arc. But he chooses not to intervene, though from his infamous spot in Hueco Mundo’s heart he’s able to see what he wants to see through projection. Whether that be from Ulquiorra’s scouting and the projection of his eye, or otherwise. Be it not enjoyment, but rather amusement when he watches the struggles that the esteemed and valiant individuals go through. Unknowing that their lives could all be ended in a matter of moments in this state of their growth. It was only build up for his later on DESTRUCTION. Watching them BELIEVE they have a chance to tear asunder the very IDEA of his plans.
