hmm i did not get that memo. do you think it’s too late to back out of this place? i really feel like i’m walking into a prison with all the rules and regulations they’ve got. i can’t walk more than 5 feet without seeing a sign reading all the rules.

i’ll be the first one to admit that i’ve never even seen camp rock in my entire existence. high school musical was more my style. honestly, i never liked camps as a kid. i’m definitely not going to enjoy it here. 

“still waiting for someone to break out into a camp rock song any minute now. where’s the spirit? when are we gonna gather around the campfire and sing kumbaya and shit?”

bonfires are lowkey my favorite type of get together, so please let me know if you’re getting one together. i think that’s the only thing that could save this camp right now.

hello everyone, as always i’m late to the game. can i just say everyone who’s made graphics for their intro posts is amazing and i aspire to be like you?? unfortunately i’ve taken long enough making edits to my blog and i’m hurrying to write my intro so you’re stuck with this. sorry. anyway, i’m lauren and below the cut you’ll find some background info about my baby, seraphina. you can also find her pinterest board here if you’re interested in that?

sera is my little baby and i love her so much and i’m so excited to start rping with her!! she’s had a bit of a rough life, but she still manages to put other people first and is a lil ray of sunshine.

she a v happy person in general, and can be a little oblivious at times

she has a brother, but both of her parents are out of the picture. her mom left the family not long after the kids were born, leaving the family to get along without her. all was well in the kastrati household, though, as their father was able to step up and really give sera and her brother a Good Life™.

since her father wasn’t in a very “booming” field career-wise, if you will, they struggled a bit with cash and lived in the poorer side of town. sera and her brother were always finding ways to earn money even at young ages so that they could help their father and do anything they could to ease their situation.

when her dad died from cancer when she was 15, it was hard blow to the kastrati children. they were sent to live with their aunt, who they weren’t even close with. she had never had children, and therefore didn’t have experience raising them. she was very strict and would rarely even let them hang out with friends.

the children hated every second of it and did little things to rebel against her. never anything too awful, but just enough to piss her off so they could have a laugh. they tried so many times to get away from her, but little did they know their aunt wanted them there. she liked the control she could have over them.

every summer, they returned to their aunt’s house from college, trapped in her grasp until they graduated and could get actual jobs and build up enough money to get out. it wasn’t until this summer that their aunt decided she had had enough and decided to send them to the enclave.

personality-wise she enjoys being around people (they make her feel less lonely after her mother’s abandonment, father’s death, and aunt’s cruelty) and has a v  warm personality. she’s v protective of her friends and is easily hurt. she’s also a bit of a people pleaser and just wants people to like her. she won’t do you any harm if you don’t do her any harm.

also she’s into fashion and is actually a fashion design major. her ultimate goal is to design her own line and have a show in nyfw one day.
