also, this just sent me down a milk rabbit hole because i wasn’t aware that 1% milk was a thing. i was about to question why america has so many different milks and if one percent really makes a difference. in my mind, here you can buy whole milk and light milk and lactose free and that’s it. but i decided to google before i post and looked up what milk percentages you can buy at the biggest grocery store chain where i live and apart from the usual 3.5% (whole) and 1.5% (light), i found 0.9% (also light), 1.8% (good morning), 3.6% (happy animal), 0.7% (breakfast), and 0.5% (only shef stable though) so post cancelled, skim (whatever that means), 1% and 2% are very reasonable options sorry for doubting yall, i support your single digit no decimal percentages
