Upma Tomato Bath
Dice a tiny half potato
Half an onion
Small tomato
Some ginger (small amount)
Two mirapakayyalu
Indian Peas
In pan
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Uruddal (split)
Ingua
Handful of curry leaves
Put in onions, mirapakayyalu, and ginger once uruddal starts to brown (don’t let it get too dark this happens really quickly)
Boil Two cups of water (two cups water for one cup of ravva)
Add tomato to frying pan
Two and a half handfuls of salt
Add potato
And peas
After letting simmer for 5 min, add one cup ravva
Add boiling water
Hold steady and Churn mix
Add oil if it looks dry
She’s ready
