‘One of us is going to have to change,’ Luisa said as she looked Rose up and down.

'What do you…. Oh,’ Rose responded, noticing the very similar color scheme they were sporting. Dark jeans with a red flannel. Rose had hers buttoned up and the pattern on Luisa’s was narrower, but they still looked like a couple of retirees about to go on a brisk walk together.

'Why do we even have two red ones?’ Rose whined as she started unbuttoning hers.

'Uhm, because we are lesbians?’ Luisa offered.

Rose’s laugh rang forth from the bedroom. Luisa couldn’t help but join in.

'This okay?’ Rose asked as she walked back out, doing up the buttons on a forest green flannel shirt.

'Yes, very gay,’ Luisa smiled.

Rose exaggeratedly rolled her eyes. 'You were the one who made me buy it in the first place.’
