Some fun pain tolerance games for you and your boys :

Bloody knuckles : a classic, line up your fists and take turns punching each other’s knuckles until somebody bleeds or taps out

Quarters : a variation of bloody knuckles, take turns putting your knuckles on the table with your fingers tucked under, and the other player flicks a quarter against them until somebody draws blood

Ice water : get a tub of ice water and both stick your hands in. Whoever keeps their hand in longest wins.
