Mt. Loay, Sta Cruz, Davao del Sur
Climbing a mountain is very challenging; you need strength, both physical and mental preparation, and must focus on every step you take because one mistake could lead to a fall and potential danger.
Aside from that, I see some who are wounded, attempting to distract themselves and escape from the real world, even if only for a few days.
Now, I realize how fortunate I am compared to them and how well protected I am by my parents and God, shielded from regrets that could cause harm. God truly amazes me with the goodness of my life.
I cried, reflecting on how blessed I am, recognizing the greatness of my journey, the alignment of my path, and the protection I receive from God.
I enjoyed their company immensely; however, I also observed how they find joy in worldly pleasures.

At a young age, they confront life's harsh realities, forced to navigate its unforgiving terrain. Why do some parents abandon all responsibility and compassion, leaving their own flesh and blood? How selfish must one be to prioritize personal pleasure over the well-being of their own children? How can they envision a future devoid of plans for their own children? How could they?
At a young age, they endure the bitter sting of parental betrayal. Yet, I really admire their resilience and courage in the face of adversity. Witnessing their pain and vulnerability weighs heavily on the heart.
I pray for their safety amidst life's trials. Please guide and protect them, Lord.

It breaks my heart to see someone in tears over the unfairness they're enduring. I wish I could ease their pain and lift their burden. Life's not always fair, but every challenge we overcome adds meaning to our journey, making us stronger and prouder in the end.

Feeling too unwell to think straight, but I can't rest without sharing this sentiment.. Grateful for my Papa's unwavering care, especially during times like this when I'm sick. He bought some calamansi and he made me an extra sour calamansi juice. Still, I appreciate the effort. 🤍
When I met my "the one," I prayed for someone like my Papa, always there for me, to take care of me for life. 🙏

I'm absolutely knackered. My body's done for. Got a pounding head and a sore throat. Can't catch a breath with this cough and flu. Thank goodness tomorrow's Friday; I'm counting down the hours 'til the weekend.

Until you are willing to show up differently in your daily habits and rituals, hold space differently, breathe differently, be consistent in a new way, committed to your growth and elevation, you won't be able to focus, breakthrough, ascend into that next version, and meet yourself living inside the dream. There is nothing else for you to do but die over and over again into the thoughtless, formless, wordless, invisible mystery in order to begin to live fully in the material, physical, and tangible. A great death always proceeds new life. There will be ecstasy and there will be chaos. Without the stories attached, all of it will be useful energy. Stay warm, present, and lighthearted. -India Ame'ye, Author
Additional Charm:
Observe without attachment and be a passive listener to whatever fear, worry, or doubt arises in your mind without judgement. Release all expectations and feel worthy of completely relaxing into your next step. Remember that a hard thing can be successfully executed with ease of breath and relaxation of heart and pelvic tissues.
