It wasn’t uncommon for y/n to sleep in her boyfriend’s bed at night. She had no problem staying in her own bed, but sometimes she just loved the feeling of remus’ arms wrapped around her as she fell asleep. But if remus kept studying as hard as he had been, that wouldn’t be happening tonight. He had been sat at his desk for the last 3 hours poured over herbology books. She didn’t know why, he was pretty much top of the class. There was no need to study so deep into the night.

Sirius, james and peter had all gone to sleep and the curtains were drawn around their beds while the only light source in the room was the lamp above remus’ head as he sat at his desk.

There was absolutely no point in trying to get him to come to bed. It wouldn’t happen until he wanted to go to sleep. But y/n hadn’t seen him eat or drink anything in the last 3 hours and was starting to get concerned. She couldn’t just go to sleep knowing he would be there until he couldn’t keep his eyes open.

So y/n did the only thing she could think to do. She grabbed the empty mug and her wand from his bedside table and uttered a quiet spell, filling the receptacle with hot tea. After that she reached into his bedside drawer where she knew he kept some chocolate for late night snacks.
