I guess the most comforting thing when having a fear of death is that it's going to happen to everyone and you can't stop it, even when you believe that nothing comes after it (like me), because you're not alone in having to deal with it, as it's the inevitable fate for all people who have, do, and will exist

The "I might kill myself this Tuesday" to "oh god I don't want to die" pipeline is real and fucking annoying.

Living with thanatophobia is just like.... "wow i feel really happy today! ☺️" and then your brain follows it up with "someday soon you will never feel anything ever again 🙂"

self diagnosis is so annoying and stupid just say you're self suspecting or not fake disorders
