Just because I post thinspo and and various safe food recipes does not and will never mean I enjoy or promote ed behaviors I just need and many others need to have a safe place to vent and discuss other problems we might have with people who understand what each other are going through I will always encourage recovery but i know it takes time and deleteing there only safe place will not make them want recovery more I understand most people are trying to help when they get rid of accounts like this but it doesn’t help it makes the person who developed friendships and a comunity feel like they have lost even more control and it can lead to more restricting not to mention they will just make a new account so please take this into consideration before you bash or try to get someone’s account deleted it’s not helping and to be completely honest it makes it worse

If the binging is due to reactive eating after restricting - ride it out, but intelligently. Listen to your cravings and urges, and choose healthier options. i.e - want something sugary? Have fruit instead. Something fatty? Have whole nuts, seeds. Carby? Oatmeal, rice, etc instead. Proteins- quorn, tuna, etc. Eat veggies too! Satisfy the urges, but in better ways. This will help balance out hunger hormones quicker and make up for nutrient deficiencies quicker, stopping the reactive eating sooner
