Guidelines For Myself
୨୧ 700-1000 Food Intake (Do Not Subtract Workout Calories)
୨୧ Liquids Only, The Second I Chew Anything It's Over, Plus I'll Have a New Piercing to Care For
୨୧ 5 Water Bottles or 85oz Per Day Add Salt to 1 Bottle, Avoid Soda When Possible
୨୧ Complete a Walking Workout or Walk Outside For One Hour (Minimum 3 Miles)
୨୧ Find Some Full Body Calisthenics Workout, Plus 50 Squats, Incline Pushups, Flutter Kicks, Sit Ups, Bike Crunches, Plank Holds
୨୧ 18:6 Daily
୨୧ Before Eating Chose Three, Drink an Entire Water Bottle, Watch ErictheElectric Videos or SSvsSS for 30 Minutes, Read for 10 Min, Hot Ginger Tea or Coffee (Not After 3pm,) Tidy 20 Minutes, or Set a 40 Minute Timer (How Long Hunger Pains Last)

Man today was so weird I still ate very little calories but i have the after feeling of a binge ? honestly I’m going to roll with it and fast for as long as I can get away with or until it’s a pass out situation,, I REALLY want to hit below 115 before I move so no one will ever know me as overweight, i won’t be underweight but still, better than nothing.

on hour 28 of my 50 hour fasting, my family is sick right now so i’m getting off pretty good in terms of skipping meals. it ends at 3pm tomorrow. since I’m walking around with a friend I hopefully can have us stop at a smoothie place for a good fast breaker. also loving secret eaters at the moment.

to stop being judged for my food choices
my relatives and friends would see me as sweet and delicate
I will be able to see my cheekbones and collarbones
no passing glances of judgement from strangers on the street
my eyes and lips will look bigger on my face when it's no longer fat and round
I'll be able to associate myself with all my favourite female characters

623 food calories for today and 6.85 carbs,
 I’m doing really well with OMAD and my new medication is definitely helping. I’m going to the gym in about 30 minutes so i’ll most likely burn about 200 but i’ll try to keep it to 123 since its a personal preference not to go below 500 (it makes me all brain foggy) edit worked out for 123 caloories bringing my final total to 500NET
