This Greek chicken dinner with only one dish is full of Mediterranean flavors. This meal is easy to make and even easier to clean up. It's a roast chicken breast with colorful vegetables, Kalamata olives, and tangy feta cheese.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 red onion, sliced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. 1/4 cup Kalamata olives. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Chicken breasts, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and Kalamata olives should all be put in a large baking dish. Put olive oil on the chicken and vegetables. Add salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried thyme, and minced garlic all over the food. Mix it all together until the chicken and vegetables are covered in oil and seasoning all over. Put it in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the vegetables are soft. Once the dish is done, take it out of the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs.

A traditional treat, these Old-Fashioned Sour Cream Cake Doughnuts have a delightfully tangy sour cream flavor. Perfectly cooked, they provide a delectable, nostalgic snack.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 2/3 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup sour cream. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 2 tsp vanilla extract. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground nutmeg. In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy. Add the sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to about 1/2-inch thickness. Using a doughnut cutter, cut out doughnuts and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350F 175C. Carefully fry the doughnuts in batches, turning them once, until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the doughnuts with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Allow the doughnuts to cool slightly before glazing. Serve and enjoy!
