Take  a moment to reflect on you blessings and good fortune - not the fucking madness of the storm around us- it isn’t fair we do t deserve it and we can’t stop it 

But we need to find wonder and amazement in ourselves our family and the world - you always have - don’t let go

List 3 good things from the week   Believe it or not I can 

1) today a company rep that makes medical safety respirators responded within an hour to my request for a safety unit that my hospital and safety officers were uninterested in procuring. 

Item is on the way to me as we speak - best 1500 I ever spent

But the people there heard me- they understood my need - after 2 weeks of being neglected some strangers responded to me an individual. 

Remember that every day you interact personally you can make a difference. 

You all do that selflessly and naturally - I see it - it’s important and why I love you

2) found new hiking trails around the pond across the road- it’s a township park!  Very cool 

3) pool getting finished next Tuesday !!!

Bonus thought. 

Who would ever think that lsunsets goobers and hiking and music and whiskey would be a five star rated destressor
