If Armand had EDS I would really need him to have some neurological symptoms (whether currently or just previously as Amadeo) mostly bc of the Daniel parallels of it all, ofc. As a hypermobile person, one of my most pervasive symptoms is actually chronic nerve compression. Luckily it’s usually temporary, but it happens really, really easily. There a lot of positions I can’t hold for more than five minutes without a major peripheral nerve going numb. If I actually have a joint or muscle injury (which ofc isn’t uncommon. lmao) the neuropathy can last for weeks. And that’s without even getting into actual neuropathic pain, just the numbness and pins and needles.

Imagining artist’s muse Amadeo having a connective tissue disorder and having to sit for hours in a cold, drafty studio while he modeled…. That could cause major nerve and joint damage. I can’t even imagine what that would do to my body. And the blood pooling. God
