Well. I haven’t fallen in love with an album quite like this before. Taylor Swift did it again, better than her best. folklore is unlike anything she’s ever done. It isn’t genre specific. It’s just authentic incredible storytelling with simple acoustic production and she explores this new sound flawlessly. It’s whimsical, ethereal, soft. It’s heartbreaking and head spinning. It wraps you up like an old cardigan, so welcoming and warm even with some of her coldest, sharpest lyrics to date. (and she says f*ck in 2 different songs!!) This album is an absolute dream. The lyrics and symbolism are so deep and haunting and enamoring. The concept of folklore strung along through the tracks, not knowing what’s fact from fiction, proves her lyrical genius. You reach a meta moment by the end of the album. #Folklore is her best work yet and I’m so happy to have this album to help get through the whirlwind of 2020. Thank you for this art @taylorswift . You showed up just in time 🤍🖤✨

I don’t even have words to explain this, but when I imagine my “perfect” TS album, #folklore  embodies every aspect of it. It flawlessly captures a story in its lyrics and sound that is simply incomparable. It’s deep and tragic and magical. Thank you for this @taylorswift 🥺✨
