When I searched psychology colors, psychology color palette, etc. to look for inspiration and such all that really showed up was all the colors of the rainbow with explanations for color psychology and meanings so I just went ahead and took inspiration from that and used a rainbow color palette, I hope that's ok ^^;

Self-indulgent coining

I'm not entirely sure if this is classified as a desirharmed term. I mainly made this because for a long time I had bruises on my legs that just didn't go away and after they finally started fading it just felt really weird to not have bruises on my body constantly. I also have intrusive/impulsive thoughts (not entirely sure which it is) relating to wanting give myself bruises or wanting to worsen/darken bruises I already have.

A tip for anyone who has similar experiences would be to use make-up to give yourself fake bruises or to darken bruises you already have, that's something that really helps me with these feelings
