OH as someone who does debate sometimes err it rlly depends on what its about.. like if youre able to actually prepare for the topic then you should! OH and probably also practice how youre gonna convey your points such and such

but remember to not take it too deeply cuz then it might stress you out so just remember to relax and have fun if you can and dont let ur emotions get the best of you bc whenever i debate i get mad rlly easily esp if they keep making a rebuttal to everything im tryna say
