I'm really really sad and I don't know what to do. I feel so much emotional pain.

Aw I am truly so sorry what you are going through is not easy in any way. My advice would be to talk to someone, anyone about it just opening up to someone and saying it out loud. speaking your mind gives you a brief relief of all those negative thoughts building up plus now someone can try and be there for you. Another thing I would try is to not try and block out emotions and just let them out and tell how you are actually feeling. Keeping all those emotions bottled inside will just make you go mad. I know this probably doesn't help with how you are feeling at all but I hope you feel better I really do and I'm always here to talk if you want or need me{: but please just reach out to someone it feels so much better to talk about it and have their feedback too
