Veganuary has just come to an end for this year 🌿 but if you took part and you're continuing (🙌♥️), you may well be transitioning non-food elements of your life over to the vegan side 🤗🌍 〰〰〰 This year I'll be sharing vegan-friendly lifestyle products 👡 with a focus on all things natural & eco-friendly 🌞 as well as the usual plantbased food 🥑 〰〰〰 So if you weren't aware already, a lot of candles are made with beeswax 🐝. Okay my face doesn't give away how much I'm enjoying this face mask 🙈🌸 because (1) it's clay, so if you smile it cracks 💎 and (2) this is how long it took to find good lighting in my house 🌚 it had almost completely dried up already 😂📸 〰〰〰 @exfoliatemyskin make natural, cruelty-free masks 😍🌱 with ingredients like pink clay, rosehip 🌷, oatmeal and cucumber 🥒🌾 〰〰〰 I love when the ingredients list is mostly stuff I'd eat 🍶✔️ (okay not the clay 👻) and was so happy to find this brand 🤗💛 〰〰〰 P.S. 🌖 16 weeks vs 28 weeks 🙃 It's now 1 month after the video on the right and I can say inversions are no longer viable for more than 10 seconds 🙅🏻 and they're no longer part of my pregnancy yoga practice 👋😁 In the third trimester your centre of gravity has massively shifted 🌏 and it throws you off balance and can strain your lower back. Slow yoga flow sped up, part 1 of 2 🐇 〰〰〰 I got some new ethical activewear from @teekigram ♻️ for after baby because ✨leg dimples✨ Then I thought "wait, how can I teach my daughter to love herself if I can't even love my current leg dimples" 💓 so I stepped up and wore them to practise in 🤗 〰〰〰 Yoga is about letting go of the ego. Today consists of sending letters 💌, drinking pink tea (mangosteen, no caffeine 👌) and reading @womankindmag 👩🏿⚕️👩🏼🔧👩🏻🌾👩🏾🔬 This magazine is sooo cool! It's ad-free and just a much more mindful read. We picked it up at the airport 🛫 and it has loads of good content, lots about Tanzania 🇹🇿 and other topics from a female perspective 💪I'm in love. Also had to stop to pee after 10 mins 🌳 #6monthspregnant is pretty unglamorous so far 🙈 〰〰〰 This spot is Hollow Ponds 🦆 on the way to Epping in east London (towards Essex) 📍 it makes a more woodlandy change from Victoria Park! 🌸🌸🌸 Langkawi is a beeeautiful island to the northwest of peninsular Malaysia 🇲🇾 I came two years ago celebrating mine & @peppef's anniversary 💗 and this time returned 10kg heavier, how romantic 😅 〰〰〰 Yoga is so good for mamas-to-be 🕉 but more advanced poses shouldn't be practised unless you're really comfortable with them already (even then there are restrictions) 🙅🏻 Still trying to work out where the bump disappears to while upside down 🤔 I guess it's all just stretched out ☃️ 〰〰〰 If you know anyone who'd like to practise pregnancy yoga in London 📍 either as a one-to-one or in a private small group 👯 please drop me a message!
