Chuck looked away for a few seconds, but finding nothing to say, he decided that cutting it to the point was the best option. ''I.... I'm moving, Nancy,'' he announced to her, staring deep into her eyes with such seriousness none had ever seen him bear. ''It won't be close. It's... far away.''

Chuck took a deep breath and rubbed his cheeks. ''We need to talk, Nancy.''

Nancy looked up from the file she was going over, chewing on the end of her pen. “Hm? What’s up?”

Ah, Death. Such a lovely creature. He only wished he could have created it; unfortunately, they were two sides of the same coin, so he couldn't have... But still, God had a huge interest in it. He knew one day he'd feel Death, just like his favorite Creations, the humans, and sometimes, he longed for it. To know what it was like, to connect with them on such an unknown level. Mystery. Oh, mystery. ''I didn't trip,'' he explained, gesturing awkwardly. ''The Zim'boixxs needed my surveillance. Once in a while, I must go and watch over my other Creations... Plus, we both know you wouldn't let them fall.'' He grinned at Death, nudging his arm in amusement. He loved to tease him through extreme familiarity. ''Despite what you say, they interest you.''

Or that he left his miserable house for that matter... Sometimes I wonder why I chose to make myself live that. But then, it was the only way... the perfect way. ''Indeed, miss! W-well, rain is great... If only it-it wasn't drenching my manuscript!''
