( brent manalo. he/him. 25 ) welcome to daisy apartments, miguel bonifacio ! we heard you’re a med student working at crown street clinic who is originally from manila, philippines and have been living here in the apartment for one year, you’re settling fine in sanfran aren’t you ? hope everything’s going smoothly around the sixth floor [604] because we have been getting some complaints about water leaks and what not but hey at least rent is cheap ! the landlord has seen you making clay art quite often so it seems like it’s one of your main interests, your neighbors have also mentioned how impulsive & dedicated you tend to be which makes perfect sense for a aquarius ! let me take note of that because we do love celebrating birthdays around here. btw, your package of air dry clay & highlighters has been sitting in the mail for a few days now, you better pick that up before someone claims it !

addtl info: february 14, 2000, 2nd year medical student (lived in the philippines until his senior year then did his bachelor's in the states.. took 2 years off to go back to the philippines before going to med school in sanfran), bisexual (no lean)!

ABOUT!

born in manila philippines, to two doctors. he's the second eldest out of his 5 siblings. his oldest sibling is estranged from the family because they decided to pursue a career outside of the medical field. since his father's family owns a hospital back in the philippines, there was an immense pressure to pursue a degree related to medicine OR business so that he could possibly take over the hospital in the future.

after senior high school, he moved to california to take his premed in USC. graduating in 2021 with summa cum laude, but moved back instantly to the philippines to take a gap year (or two). only returning back to the states to pursue medical school in early 2023.

initially wanted to become a plastic surgeon, but he felt it was too superficial (no hate). he wanted to eventually do something that could directly help the weakest, which was children. he's planning on becoming a pediatrician surgeon (his alex karev arc #real).

he's someone who always has the crazy need to be busy. that's why he has a million hobbies and interests. always open to trying new things! random friend hangs doing the most the random shit and you should expect that he'll say YES! he likes making silly little clay trinkets, watching documentaries and reading about fun facts (or reading in general), watching random shows, and also an interest in sports (right now he likes the rush and adrenaline of formula 1 racing).

ambivert! though he's trying to be more social. he usually likes to keep to himself but there's a greater push these days for him to branch out and talk to people more and see living beings who aren't his dog.

closed off romantically. he isn't really the dating type! he had an ex from his college days that really changed his perspective on love. anything romantic connections with him, it'll be a long slowburn or a situationship. he'll always be afraid of trying to date again.
