So I'm deactivating this account

And I'm not coming back to tumblr. Why? Because after a lot of thinking and my very close friend telling me some things, I have concluded that TUMBLR IS A VERY TOXIC ENVIRONMENT. This place is a shit hole that thrives on self hatred, hatred of others, bigotry, and a bunch of other shit that would take too long to list. It's addictive in the worst ways and I don't want it to control my life any longer. I want to move on from hating myself, others, and from being the bad person I am and I firmly believe that deactivating this account and not returning is the first step to be the person I want to be. If any of my followers are considering leaving for the same reasons as I am, do it. Get out while you still can, don't let it consume you like it did to me. And for those of that won't leave for one reason or another, be the change on here to make tumblr the place that everyone advertises it to be. Make it the welcoming and safe blogging platform that I thought it was when I first joined. Don't dwell on the amount of followers you have, don't hate on people for the smallest of differences, LEARN TO LOVE THE PEOPLE THAT YOU SAY TO LOVE! And for the love of god, STOP being little bitches about every little disagreement that you see. That's all I have to say. Sincerely, Sam, the one who escaped.
