I never really expect actors to have a moral backbone especially in the face of a bag but I DO expect them to be protective of their vanity enough to not want to be directly compared to late greats like Maggie Smith, Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman, etc but I guess I miscalculated the vanity to bag size ratio here

I haven't purchased a HP item in close to a decade - I use the books I already had as doorstops or to prop a laptop up for meetings nowadays.
There is NO "death of the author" with JK Rowling - she controls and continues to profit from her IP, and uses that money to fund hate groups.

You do not gotta hand it to Lucius Malfoy for for complaining about the genocidal terrorist terrorizing a boarding school when he was the one who unleashed the genocidal terrorist onto the boarding school, almost killing a dozen people, and then attempted to posthumously place the blame on an 11 year old girl just so he could enact a coup, as a member of the board of governors, and also punish the girl’s father, his professional rival
