How do you think the player would interact with the nanny aka the thing from the beginning of the game the ballerina cow?

Hide away hide away from me...

Jkjk I bet it'll go something like "Omg you're a ballerina that's so cool" and then the response will be "Omg they think I'm cool" or smth like that, and then FRIENDS.

Or after interacting, their relationship would probably be something like frienemies, kinda like Banban(because he knocked us out, took our pancreas(I think?)) And he helped the player even after all that

Jokes aside, I would think that they'll try to find something that's at least edible, maybe the lettuce from Chapter 4 when Sheriff Toadster was trying to capture Jumbo Josh.
