It must be an error he sent the messages repeatedly, several times over and over. He sent it, sent it and sent it again. As the messages kept being returned Yoo Joonghyuk's gaze slowly lowered.

he immediately thought it was an error he just didn't want to believe that dokja was gone again...and he spoke in a trembling voice??? the emotions are emotioning so hard in this scene. one of the scenes that makes it so obvious how much dokja means to him.

My therapist, who specializes in adults with ADHD, recently told me that all of her clients need a three day crashout period after a big life change. Finish the semester? Crashout. Change jobs? Crashout. Go on a really cool, really relaxing vacation? Crashout the moment you get home.

It's true of literally all of her clients. She works with a lot of them to put systems in place so that their crashouts are only three days. This includes the high-powered execs who travel regularly for work. It does not matter how successful or high functioning they are - they have ADHD, and a crashout is just part of the process of living with it.

I'm sharing this with all you ADHD friends out there, just in case you (like me) start shaming yourself if your crashout lasts more than one day. It turns out three days is kind of the best case scenario. Be kind to yourselves!

yes cs pacat writes some absolute bangers full of intrigue and scheming and heart-ache and a ludicrous amount of sexual tension, but the best thing about them, to my mind, is the comedy. like yes, these books get pretty dark and serious, but also, here's a ridiculously cooperative cloth merchant and here's a silly regency dandy in case you thought things were getting too serious.

I like the idea of most demon nobles in SV just not even knowing how to classify Shang Qinghua. Like at least Shen Qingqiu and Luo Binghe make some sense on paper, Luo Binghe is massively hot for teacher, that said teacher is a human peak lord is like well no accounting for taste maybe but the guy DID grow up around humans, it's not incomprehensible.

Meanwhile there's the Mobei heir with his emotional support(?) human(???) who is also his secretary(?) and spy(?) who he is definitely at least trying to court as well but jury's out on whether or not the human knows that, on the one hand all dialogue from him would seem to indicate no, on the other hand how could he miss that the prince is basically throwing himself at him, bets have been placed but the outcome remains so inconclusive for so long that all those wagers just hang in limbo for decades. A solid and steadily growing faction are pretty sure Mobei Jun's somehow resurrected a trickster spirit who is just deliberately fucking with them.

Hi! I'm not technically back from the dead. I don't think. But I was made aware by the lovely @furekami that I never posted my contributions to the ORV scenario zine! There's another one somewhere around here. I'll find it. In the mean time, please enjoy.

I was just listening to "Two" by Sleeping at Last and it brought back all of my very emotional feelings about ORV that I thought was dormant for two years. God I love this story so much.
