❕🖤 31/30/29 Days of Shadow Work Prompt Calendars 🖤❕
Hello, again! I’m Shwee~ I’m a shadow worker who specializes in creating prompt calendars to help give everyone a chance at their very own shadow work journeys! I just finished redesigning my three original prompt calendars and I am SO EXCITED to be re-sharing them all together today!
💙 31 Days - the “for beginners” calendar which gives you the perfect place to start!
💗 30 Days - focuses strongly on all types of self-analysis & abundance of self-love
💜 29 Days - these prompts may seem a little longer because I am asking you the big question: WHY?!
my idea behind these is simple: for the next 31/30/29 days (whichever you decide!) I want you to take the daily prompt, rewrite the question in your journal on a fresh page (re-writing questions sets intention!), and simply see where the question leads you! 😊
BUT– as always, PLEASE remember: this isn’t a test!! so let your train of thought flow and see what you’re able to uncover the deeper you allow yourself to unconsciously take you! There are no right or wrong answers, just remember to keep writing until you feel like you’ve said all you can 🙏
⭐️ 31/30/29 Days of Shadow Work Prompt Calendars were created by Ashlee N. Jackson (@iamshwee : https://iamshwee.carrd.co ) and I encourage you to reach out to me with all/any progress pictures, thoughts, questions, or anything else that may come to you as you begin/continue your SW journey!

❕💚 28 Days of Shadow Work Prompt Calendars 💚❕
Hello, again! I’m Shwee~ I’m a shadow worker who specializes in creating prompt calendars to help give everyone a chance at their very own shadow work journeys!
💚 28 Days of Shadow Work - These prompts are a bit more personal and direct, but they are designed to have you really think about the things that matter in your life right now! use these to delve as deeply as you can into each question— maybe try dedicating a full front page for each prompt! 🍃
you will need = time, patience, a new (or well-loved) journal & a favorite writing utensil! 📖
The prompts are meant to point out the things within your life that you feel most grateful for and are deserving of recognition. Take these prompts and give them all you got!! 🌱
my idea behind these is simple: for the next 28 days– I want you to take the daily prompt, rewrite the question in your journal on a fresh page (re-writing questions sets intention!), and simply see where the question leads you! 😊
BUT– as always, PLEASE remember: this isn’t a test!! so let your train of thought flow and see what you’re able to uncover the deeper you allow yourself to unconsciously take you! There are no right or wrong answers, just remember to keep writing until you feel like you’ve said all you can 🙏

🌺 shadow work “saturday”
Hello~ I’m Shwee!
I’m a shadow worker and hellenic eclectic witch from the depths of Ohio. I specialize in self-love, self-care, and self-worth! I focus on sharing tips, affirmations, and journaling shadow work prompts 🌺
These are my favorite mini-shadow work starter prompts and I wanted to share them to help those on their current (or starting!) shadow work journey!
Please feel free to respond per question/post in replies if called to! I adore hearing your answers to the prompts, but your comfort and desired privacy is what matters most! So, remember, you don’t have to publicly share anything, shadow work is a very personal journey 💗
(and yes– these can be done any day of the week! I just love doing my shadow work on saturday and sundays!)
🌺 1 ▫️ start by keeping track of your feelings/emotions throughout the day; record how you felt and try to pin-point why you felt certain ways in different situations
• how could you have handled it better..?
• why did you react the way you did..?
🌺 2 ▫️ write a letter to your past or future self, then break down your thoughts on why you said or did certain things; address any emotions that pop up during this process and record them
• why did you feel that way..?
• what events in your life made you right a wrong..?
🌺 3 ▫️ consider your life today and the reality in this moment
• are you living true to yourself..?
• are you changing who you are based on who you’re around..?
• if so, what are those changes..?
• why do you make those changes..?
🌺 4 ▫️ allow yourself to remember a person you miss or unintentionally distanced from
• are you holding on to someone you should let go of..?
• dig deeper, do you know why you’re hold on to them still..?
• what are small steps you can take to let go of them..?
🌺 5 ▫️ think of your deepest honest fear; but your REAL fears, but not just spiders or heights
• could this fear be irrational..?
• why do you think you’re afraid of those things..?
• are there any steps you can take to lessen that fear..?
🌺 6 ▫️ mention the people closest in your life
• how do you treat each of those people..?
• are you being a positive healthy influence on their life..?
• if you’re are you a toxic one, what changes are you able to make in your behavior to stop the toxicity..?
🌺 7 ▫️ acknowledge the things you often hide about yourself, especially when it comes to certain people in certain situations
• what do you wish other people knew about you..?
• why do you keep these things so hidden..?
• do you feel more embarrassed or scared..?
🌺 8 ▫️allow your mind to take you back to a rather traumatic time in your life; try to outline this incident
• are you allowing yourself to heal from past traumas or incidents..?
• what healthy ways could you address unhealed trauma in order to move to a healthier place..?
🌺 9 ▫️ make a list of people you don’t like, tolerate, or understand
• try to be completely honest, why do you believe you don’t like them..?
• are they actually bad people or do you see bad parts of yourself you hate reflecting in them..?
🌺 10 ▫️ write down everything that happens to you in a week that makes you feel bad in any way, time stamp these entry’s for later comparisons!
• are you mostly feeling overwhelmed..?
examine each of these and ask why certain events make you feel bad throughout the day/week
✨ BONUS– write down what you believe about a variety of things in life; from religion and karma all the way down to relationships and your career path
• why do you believe those things..?
• are these feelings set in stone or are you willing to accept alternate views..?

29 Days of Shadow Work
hello, and welcome back!
This NEW Shadow Work calendar is a follow-up to my very first; 31 Days of Shadow Work, and my recent sequel; 30 Days of Shadow Work! 🔮
I'm here to introduce the NEW '29 Days of shadow Work' deep-dive calendar-- this month’s spin is the biggest question of all; WHY?! why do you think, why do you feel, etc... These prompts may seem a little longer because I am blatantly asking you WHY❔❕
My idea this time is for you to take these prompts and give them all you got; delve as deeply as you can into each question-- maybe try dedicating a full front and back page for each prompt! you will need = time, patience, a new (or well-loved) journal & a favorite writing utensil! 📖🖊
BUT-- please remember: this isn’t a test! let your train of thought flow and see what you’re able to uncover the deeper you allow yourself to unconsciously take you! there are no right or wrong answers, just remember to keep writing until you feel like you've said all you can 💜
Let me know if you have any questions or thoughts or feedback!!

Fire Lord Zuko passing a law that forbids challenging anyone under the age of majority to Agni Kai
Fire Lord Zuko waiting until the day he reaches the age of majority to pass this law, lest anyone think he is a coward
(No one. Literally no one would have thought that, but it’s generally regarded as a very classy move regardless)

Simple methods of passive protection:
For the home:
• obsidian, cinnamon sticks, or rosemary placed at each threshold
• a drawing of the homes layout in a jar with black pepper, soil, salt, a plain rock, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and a small mirror.
• indoor plants such as ferns, aloe, and ivy
• an iron nail driven into the earth at the four corners of the property
• a bundle of lavender and rosemary hung at the door
• painting a protective sigil with clear nail polish on the walls of the home, interior or exterior.
For the body:
• Wearing protective crystals: obsidian, red jasper, hematite, jet, black tourmaline, and malachite
• a drop of rosemary oil on the shoes
• a sachet of lavender, black pepper, and frankincense worn on the body
• writing “I am safe” on your skin
• wearing black articles of clothing
• Adding protective oils to your lotion such as: frankincense, lavender, myrhh, and sandalwood. (Make sure these oils are safe for your skin first)
• carrying rocks (literally any rock)
