8.31 Cardio/Full Body Infusion Workout
I could start by saying my life is crazy, I’m so “busy” blah blah blah - but the reality is we are all busy. Let’s be real - jobs change, people change, life changes, life is filled ups downs, joy and tradgedy. I have ALWAYS had one common denominator in my life to keep to me grounded, no matter what is going on; EXERCISE. Movement. Of any kind. 
Touche, I know, but starting this blog to track and my workouts, outcomes, post work outs trials and errors along the way - the goal is to feel great from the inside out and in the long run hopefully spread some love. 
8/31/19 -Cardio Infusion Day
OVERVIEW:
30 min cardio distance
20 mins strength/weights/stretching
Stretch:
-cat cow -30 seconds
-childs pose - tricep fold 10x
-back twist left /right side hold for 30 seconds
-left right kneeing hip stretch -10x each side
-hastening stretch on back 30 sec
20 mountain climbers
Upper body: Resistance band (light-medium)
-20 bicep curls
-20 pull downs
-20 pushups
Repeat twice
HEART RATE SPIKE:
20 mountain climbers
Abs:
-30 side to side
-39 second plank
-30 mountain climbers in bose ball
Repeat twice
HEART RATE SPIKE:
20 mountain climbers
Legs/booty:
-20 forward lunges
-20 back lunges
-30 resistance bad fire hydrants (15 each side)
30 squat jumps
20 hamstring curls
Repeat twice
**Stretch!**
