michael chuckled at her response, the easy kind that came with familiarity. "i don’t think i flatter enough," he countered smoothly, holding a hand out in gesture, silently offering to walk with her. “besides, vegas is built for bold moves, right? i figured i should take my shot before someone else tried to steal your attention.” he led them through the floor, weaving between tables and tourists, heading toward the quieter side of the casino lounge. It was still humming with life, but dimmer, calmer—designed for conversation rather than chaos. as they settled into a leather booth, the bartender came over without hesitation, recognizing michael and barely hiding the curiosity at who he was with. but he didn’t feed into it. his attention was all on vanessa. “you always been good at blackjack, or was tonight a lucky fluke?” he teased, leaning forward with his elbows on the table, nursing a new glass of whiskey while waiting for her drink to arrive. there was something grounding about seeing her here, looking so relaxed—someone who’d been through the same whirlwind of fame, expectations, and reinvention. “honestly, it’s good to see you. it’s been way too long. you ever feel like we all just kind of float through these events and never really talk anymore?” he paused, studying her for a beat. “feels rare to just be somewhere, no script, no cameras, and actually enjoy the moment. i missed this kind of thing.” the corners of his mouth lifted again, more genuine this time. “i missed you, too.”
Vanessa loved Vegas. Always had, always would. It was an adult's playground basically. And this was a break she definitely needed. It was a rare opportunity for her to dress up and be carefree and have fun. She hadn't been able to be just Vanessa, if that even made sense, in a while. She had dressed up, and done her make up, a rare occurence nowadays, and was in heels, an even rarer one. And she loved it. She had decided that this weekend would be a fun one for her and what better way to get started than try her luck in the casino? After a round of black jack, which she won, she took her earnings, throwing the chips in her clutch and got up, planning on getting a drink. She wasn't able to get far before she heard a voice next to her and she turned to find Michael there. They hadn't actually met in person in a couple of years but he had always been so sweet to her. She was always able to have an actual conversation with him and he was a genuinely good person. She grinned back "I feel like seeing people you know around here is kind of inevitable this weekend. Now about liking them... Well I can't vouch for that" she responded. "Sure, I never say no to a drink" she agreed. "Oh stop, you flatter me too much".

michael’s pulse thundered in his ears, drowning out everything but the sound of her voice and the feel of her hands on him. her words—both teasing and reverent—slid down his spine like heat, curling around every nerve. madelaine wasn’t one to throw compliments loosely. if she said something, she meant it. and the way she said you've caught me like it was some kind of confession—it undid him. her fingers slipped beneath his shirt, light as a whisper, but the touch left his skin burning. she was memorizing him, carving out each line and dip with purpose, and when her hand fumbled with his belt, he couldn’t hold back the low, gravelly chuckle that left his throat. it wasn’t cocky—it was wrecked, full of tension and something much deeper than lust. his forehead met hers now, gently pressing there, grounding himself while his hands found her hips. he held her there, firm but reverent, like he needed to feel that she was real. “i’m gonna make damn sure you don’t want to run again,” he murmured, eyes locked on her lips. his thumbs brushed slow circles into her waist. “not just tonight… i’m talkin’ long after the food gets cold and the lights go off.” he leaned in that last inch, letting his lips brush against hers. “but you gotta promise me something too,” he added, voice dropping. “if i keep you… really keep you… don’t disappear on me again.”
it was as if the world stood still in that moment. she couldn't breath, she couldn't think— all she could focus on was how close they were. they had been dancing around this moment for as long as she could remember, always two minutes too late with one another, but now they were forced to face the feelings that were present in the room with them. "when you look as good as you do and you have the talent that you do it would be a crime not to be arrogant." as playful as the joke might have been she fully believed every word. he was the supreme, the best of the best, and he was undeniably the sexiest man she had ever met. his arrogance was welcomed, and quite frankly she found it hot.
her fingertips curled around the fabric of his henley as he drew himself in. he was so close she could feel the warmth of his breath on her lips. it took every ounce of strength she had in her body not to react in the moment, although her body had other plans. "baby, we've both been running, but somehow we always manage right back here." she dipped two manicured fingers underneath his shirt, carefully tracing the dip of his v-line in a desperate attempt to memorize it. "so now that you've caught me, what are you gonna do to keep me?" her soft, red lips now hovered just above his as she spoke, while she fumbled with the buckle of his belt in an effort to get it undone. @infamymichael

michael had been in vegas less than 24 hours, but time already felt like it moved differently here. the casino pulsed with its usual blend of chaos and glamour—dealers calling bets, coins dropping with metallic glee, and laughter laced with both fortune and regret. he nursed a glass of whiskey at the far end of the bar, watching the swirl of life move around him. it had been a long week—business meetings, photo ops, a relentless rhythm of press and protocol—but tonight, for the first time in days, he allowed himself to breathe. he wasn’t here for the games, not really. there was something calming about being in the middle of noise, unnoticed, unbothered. that is, until he noticed her. she was across the floor, near one of the blackjack tables, and her laugh broke through the background noise like a familiar song. it was vanessa. he hadn’t seen her in a minute—years maybe—but there she was, magnetic as ever. a surge of memory hit him, not just of past red carpets or passing industry parties, but of the rare, genuine conversations they’d shared between the flashing cameras. he didn’t hesitate. setting his drink down, he wove through the crowd, each step steady and unhurried, until he was beside her. “now that’s a surprise,” he said, voice low but warm. “didn’t think i’d spot someone i actually like in a place that thrives on strangers.” a slight grin curved his lips as he leaned a little closer, just enough to be heard over the din. “what do you say—come have a drink with me? i could use some good company, and i have a feeling you’re still the best conversationalist in any room.” he didn’t pressure her, didn’t need to. @vh-queen

michael felt the air shift the moment she stepped closer. it was subtle—but electric. her words, the playful edge to her voice, the way she glided around his kitchen like she belonged there—it had him rooted in place, fighting the urge to pull her in on impulse. that was one of the first things that ever drew him to her—her boldness, her certainty. she didn’t test the water; she dove in headfirst. and yet somehow, even knowing that, he still wasn’t prepared for the way her next words would hit. the praise she offered, soft and sincere, was more than just words. he could tell she meant it, could feel it in the way she looked at him—like she saw more than just the accolades or headlines. his mouth quirked into a slow smile, and he let out a low breath of a laugh, trying not to let her fluster him. “you say stuff like that and i swear you’re gonna make me arrogant,” he joked quietly, though the warmth in his eyes betrayed something deeper. but when she dipped her head, shy and sweet after his “biggest win” comment, something in his chest tightened. that kind of humility, especially from someone like her, only made him fall harder. her hands found his waist, soft but grounding—he forgot every carefully thought out line he’d rehearsed in the mirror earlier. his eyes dropped to her hands, then lifted to meet her gaze, slow and searching. she was close now—close enough that he could count the freckles across her nose, close enough that her scent mixed with his own. “you say that like i’ve been running,” he said, voice low and rasped, dipping his head just slightly so his forehead almost met hers. “but truth is, mads… i’ve been standing right here, waiting.”
she could feel his eyes on her as she entered his home, forcing her to put an extra pep in her step simply for his benefit. she would never admit it out loud but she loved the attention he gave her. he always had a way of making her feel like she was the most important person in a room, and that went a long way with her. "have you ever known me to be the type of gal who doesn't jump right in? it's in my nature." there was a level of playfulness to her tone in response to his comment, and as she moved around the center island she listened to him briefly mention his recent accomplishments. she had done her best to keep up with his career during her own chaotic schedule, and the things he had been doing were phenomenal. no one deserved success more than he did.
"i don't know if i've mentioned it before but i am so proud of you. all of the success with sinners and the other exciting things you have going on— i couldn't be more proud of you." her gaze lowered towards her feet when he mentioned her showing up being his biggest win, a nervous giggle quick to follow. "i think it's a pretty big win for us both. just gotta promise that no matter how busy things get in the future that we don't lose contact. not sure i'd be brave enough to shoot my shot via text a second time." she watched his posture shift to a more inviting stance, and when he reversed her own question back to her she started closing in the space between them. "what if i said i was chasing you?" it didn't take her long to close in the space between them, as her hands settled loosely on his waist. "i really did miss the way you looked at me."

nah, no one’s replacing jason. that man sees angles the way neo sees the matrix. i wouldn’t mess with that. we can co-create a new role: hype director of vibes & comfort. you handle morale, cozy aesthetics, and ensure no one's spirit dips below 85%. deal? take your time thinking it over.
Tumblr media
Hell yes. I really wasn't. I just happened to live at the time when the Juicy Couture velour tracksuits, UGGs, oversize glasses and bags were the epitome of fashion. Oh no, I'm not taking Jason's job. He's the one with the vision! OK OK I will think about the position and will be in touch haha.

michael watched her step through the door like she was stepping into something sacred—something the two of them had been circling for far too long. the second she smiled at him, all red lips and old familiarity, his chest tightened. he didn’t show it, of course. he was good at playing it cool, always had been. but seeing her again in a space that wasn’t a red carpet, or a dimly lit afterparty, or surrounded by noise and distractions—it hit different. this was personal. she was standing in his home, and for the first time in a long time, it felt like something was starting. his smirk deepened as he watched her take in the scent of dinner and the space around her. god, she looked good. even better than he remembered. “that’s what i was hoping you’d say,” he muttered with a quiet laugh, closing the door behind her. he caught her glance at the kitchen, then at him, the way her eyes lingered a little too long. not that he was complaining. the heat in her gaze made something low in his stomach pull tight. he walked ahead, but he could feel her right behind him—her presence, her voice, her energy. all of it was like static under his skin. when she asked what was new, he turned to face her, arms crossed as he leaned against the edge of the kitchen island, watching her fingers drift across the granite like she belonged there. “damn, you jump right in, hm?” he said, letting the smile tug at one side of his mouth. “no easing into it with small talk or pretending we’re not both thinking about how long it’s been.” he paused, his eyes meeting hers, his tone softer now, more sincere. “alright. i’ll give you something.” he nodded once, almost to himself. “wrapped filming on the next project. did the whole press circuit—grind never stops. but honestly?” he let the next words hang for a beat before speaking them. “you showing up here… kinda feels like the biggest win lately.” he straightened just slightly, arms still folded, but now his body language had shifted—open, a little vulnerable. “so what about you? what’ve you been chasing, red?”
every part of her wanted to scream the second he opened the door. he gave her no room to breath, to collect the thoughts racing through her mind. there was no turning back now that he knew she was there and she had no other choice but to push her fears and doubts aside and step inside his home. her painted red lips curled into a playful smile at the compliment he paid her, the nickname that followed striking some familiarity from the last time they were together. "you don't look so bad yourself, pretty boy." she passed the threshold of his home and was immediately met with an array of scents. from the delicious meal he was cooking in the kitchen, to the subtle whiff of his cologne. he had put a lot of effort into the evening and it showed.
"whatever you have going on in there smells delicious, and i was sort of hoping that we could have a nice, quiet evening to catch up as well. we can drag you outta the house to be social some other time. might even do that during the whole vegas trip coming up next week." her lower lip became tucked underneath her teeth as she followed him into the kitchen. the way his shirt hugged every inch of him damn near made her feral. she was convinced he looked good in just about anything. it was infuriating at times. "so tell me," she broke away from the path she had followed him on as soon as she entered the kitchen, her delicate fingertips sliding along the granite countertops as she took a look around his kitchen. "what's new in your world? i need the full play by play of all the new things going on. let's hear those victories so we can celebrate you tonight."

oh—thank you. my bad, you’re right. that was exactly the kind of personal, unfiltered chaos i was asking for, and you delivered like a pro. i should’ve expected nothing less. listen… if i had known you were going through it like that, i would’ve been the first one showing up with snacks, wine, and one of those “you’re killing it” pep talks that are only half jokes but full truth. you’re so damn talented, alycia. we all have those moments of doubt, but your work speaks for itself—and so does your heart. i pinky promise—no laughing, unless it’s meant to be funny. i’m treating it like a sacred text, and i’m already rooting for it before even reading a single word. and if this project takes off? that chaotic love interest role is mine. i’ll wear it like a badge of honor.
Tumblr media
what you meant to say was— thank you. was that not the kind of information you were wanting from me? i could have sworn that was what you asked for. you are too sweet. where were you when i was having an absolute meltdown over my career and my ability to do just about anything? i could have used that sort of positive reinforcement. as soon as it's ready i'll be sure to send it your way. you just have to promise that you won't laugh when you see how terrible it is. you as the charming, slightly chaotic love interest is exactly what the genre needs. that spot is forever yours if this project ever decides to take off.

see, now i get it—you’re not just effortlessly talented, you’re poetic too. that’s exactly what it is with ryan. that space he creates, it’s sacred. makes you want to go all in, no mask, no filter. i hope you’ve got that kind of dynamic in your world too, because you deserve to be pushed in the best way—not pulled. i’m holding you to that certified fan status now. i’ve got a couple things cooking, actually. one drops later this year—it’s more intimate, character driven. something stripped back. i’d say you’ll need tissues, but i know you brits handle emotional devastation with impressive grace. and i do hope you catch it—though if i catch you sneaking vodka into a screening, i’ll be the one to look the other way. you say classy, i hear chaos wrapped in elegance. a dangerous combo, kirby. but that’s exactly why you’re so damn fun to talk to. and i gotta say—if i ever make it to one of those pub nights, i’m not letting you outdrink me. consider that a challenge. vegas? hell yeah i’m excited. been counting down the days like a kid before christmas. i feel like we all need that escape, that one weekend where we just shut the rest of the world out and live a little too loud. and now that i know you’re coming with that accent, that waddle, and hopefully a half full flask, i’m even more hyped.
Tumblr media
it’s so rare to find, isn't it? a partnership that is all about trust, building your passion as one and providing space for you as an actor to walk to the very edge without fear. it's a beautiful thing as a viewer to witness that transform onto the screen. please tell me a new project of yours will be releasing soon, because i am a certified fan of yours who needs to see you shine in everything. classy? you know, you are dangerously charming, mister jordan, and while this new friendship of ours is doing wonders for my ego, i do think it's mostly the british accent that fools people into making that assumption— nobody who was classy would get caught by fans, on multiple occasions, mind you, swigging down a bottle of vodka at pubs. sounds like i'm missing out on twitter and all it brings, especially as a long time listener of lana del ray. yes, i did manage to squeeze in some tlc before the press tour officially kicked off. very much needed now that my days are filled with nothing but non - stop flashing lights, loads of repetitive questions and my infamous waddle across the red carpet. and as much as i love being with the boys and celebrating our work, i’m also desperately counting down the days until i get to relax in vegas. are you excited about the trip?

you know how much i admire you, cynthia. your voice, your presence, the way you breathe life into every role—it’s next level. i’m honored, truly. say the word. commercial, stage play, full blown action epic where we save the world with music and fire and heart—i'm in. but yeah… a full length film? that sounds like destiny. let’s manifest that. i’ll even direct it if i have to.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Since you're one of my favorite actors, and I'm pretty sure I've watched and loved everything you've ever been in and all. I can't help but ask, when are we going to star in something together? I don't even care what it is, it could be a silly commercial. Honestly, I just want to star in something with you! But putting it out there, a full-length film would be pretty amazing, right? / @infamymichael

you’re out here creating warmth literally and metaphorically. i see the vision: crochet blanket, banana in a bowl nearby, baby wipes within reach, emotional stability locked in. velour tracksuits though? you were ahead of the curve. i’m talkin’ early 2000s fashion legend. might need you to style my next red carpet look—bring the juicy couture energy back with purpose. listen, your rate as set mom/hype coach/snack goddess would be high. we’re talking luxury day rate plus perks—endless craft services, trailer with your favorite snacks, and final say on my best angles. because if you’re gonna say “you’re doing amazing sweetie,” it’s gotta be filmed correctly.
Tumblr media
I just visualized me with a crochet needle and a banana and honestly kind of hilarious. I mean blanket is more like it because that is what I have started but yeah. I mean I used to wear velour tracksuits so won't be hard. I mean sure, how much will I be getting paid for that

michael had been watching from the upstairs window the second her car pulled into the driveway. it wasn’t something he planned to do, but anticipation had a funny way of making him restless. he’d been looking forward to this night more than he let on—even to himself. their friendship had always been laced with a kind of unspoken electricity, something that neither time nor distance had fully extinguished. now, as he watched her sit in the car a little longer than necessary, the nerves were undeniable. he could recognize the hesitation, could almost feel her taking a breath before stepping into something that neither of them had dared to name. she had always had that effect on him—never loud, never forced, but commanding. she walked into spaces like gravity bent slightly in her favor, and something about that energy made it impossible not to notice her. he moved quickly, slipping downstairs just as she finally approached the door. when her knock came, he was already there, hand on the knob, and the second he opened the door, everything in him wanted to grin. there she was—effortlessly stunning in a look that struck a balance between comfort and confidence. the top, all strategic cutouts and soft fabric, made it hard not to stare, while the loose cargo jeans grounded the look in that way only she could pull off. “took you long enough,” he said, leaning against the doorframe with a crooked smile, eyes dragging over her in slow appreciation. “you look good, red.” the nickname rolled off his tongue easy, familiar, but with just enough weight behind it to mean something more tonight. he stepped aside, holding the door open, letting the warmth of his home—and maybe something more—wrap around her as she walked inside. the space she entered was a reflection of him: calm, collected, but intimate. low lighting bathed the room in a golden hue, with faint r&b humming from unseen speakers and the unmistakable scent of something savory drifting in from the kitchen. he’d gone all in, and it showed. “i cooked,” he said, casually nodding toward the source of the scent as he walked ahead of her, the sleeves of his henley pushed to his elbows. “thought we could keep it lowkey. sit, eat, catch up. unless you had plans to drag me out and make me be social.” he looked over his shoulder at her, a smirk tugging at his lips.
plans for dinner had been in discussion for over a week now. after rekindling a friendship that had fallen to the waste side some time ago, the two were finally ready to put an end to their ghostly habits and finally spend a little time face to face. madelaine knew how busy michael had been over the years. she understood that his schedule kept him busy with little time for outside noise, so when the two had simultaneously went their separate ways, she didn't hold it against him. he owed her nothing, nor did he have to explain himself, but the fact that he cared enough about her feelings to try made all the difference. he was a gem— one that she was thankful she could rediscover.
cherry red lips remained locked the entire drive to michael's residence. this was the first time she was meeting him in such a private setting. she was used to the occasional event, or even a public outing while their mutual friends would mingle, but this? this was intimate. there was no outside noise or a quick escape if things took a shift in the wrong direction. it was just them. as the gps gave her an alert that she was approaching his address, her left leg began to bounce in place. she couldn't explain what it was about him that made her so nervous. she had been around men before; she practically owned any room she walked into, but for some reason when he was involved she became a nervous wreck. he intimidated her in the best way possible, and if she were honest she fed off the adrenaline she felt when she was around him. it was her addiction— her craving. she craved him.
she pulled into his driveway and made no attempts to leave the comfort of her car in a hurry. as much as she wanted to sprint to the door and see him, she wanted to play it cool. she didn't want to give away how excited she was to see him, afraid that his level of excitement wouldn't match her own. she had to play it cool until she knew where his head was at. a few minutes went by before she felt confident enough to leave her car, the final few versus of pink pony club fading to nothing as she shut the vehicle off. with one final look in the mirror at herself, madelaine got out of the car and casually made her way to his front door. she had opted for a sexy but casual look, a unique top with various cutouts, and a pair of loosely fit white cargo jeans. it was simple, a lot like her, but it was also bold enough to make a statement. with a final deep breath in, the red head lifted her fist to knock on his door, letting him know she had finally arrived. @infamymichael

alright, now you’re just stacking compliments like you’re trying to make me blush—and it’s working. i don’t know how i’m supposed to keep it together when you’re out here saying stuff like that with a straight face. you’re dangerous, mads. beautiful and dangerous. and don’t feel sad about missed chances—if anything, i think we were just waiting on the right time. and if that time happens to be now? then i’d say we’re right on schedule. maybe we just found each other at the exact moment we needed to. also, fair warning: if you laugh at my “big age” comeback, i’ll take it as encouragement. might start calling you “lil miss late to shoot her shot” too. equal opportunity teasing. let him go be someone else’s problem. you’re not just an option, you’re the whole package. and now that i’ve got this massive, possibly record breaking crush on you… i’m not about to let you forget it. so yeah, let it go to your head. let ‘em all watch.
Tumblr media
it's true, if you take one look at you, i'm pretty sure you can understand why i'd have a crush on you. not to mention all that charm. you can't have those looks and all that charm and expect me not to be affected. but always happy to add a little swagger to your walk—that's what i'm here for, right? it's good to know what you'd have folded so quickly had i shot my shot. i feel a little sad, like i missed chances, though. well, one thing you can count on me for is honesty, no matter what, so i'm glad we can be real with each other. just so you know, i'll likely laugh when you drop that big age comeback, just saying. also, thank you. i'm doing my best to forget him, and thankfully i think he's moving on to someone new. i do deserve someone that lifts me up, you're not wrong about that, not someone who makes me feel like i'm just an easy option. i like that—a whole new word for your crush on me. that's going to go right to my head. people aren't going to be able to tell me nothin'.

no—don’t stop. i’m actually tryna soak this in for a second. You saying that? that’s not just flattering, that’s fuel. and i’m really glad i could make you feel understood, 'cause that’s what it’s all about, right? connecting past all the noise, just being seen for who you are. so if that’s the first impression you gave me? yeah, it’s a damn good one. also… the fact that sinners made you forget i was playing both roles? that’s the highest compliment. you’re manifesting heavy for me right now, and i’m not gonna lie—i’m holding onto that.
Tumblr media
i'm glad that i could make a good first impression on you though. see, yeah you get it and that makes me feel god to be understood in that sense. you in this role was so good it made me forget you were playing both roles. when you act you really act, you're an incredible actor. i can for sure an oscar in your future. okay sorry, i'll stop gawking now.

a biting kink and a rom com writer? you’re just out here dropping bombs with no warning. i’m gonna pretend i didn’t hear that so i can function properly for the rest of this conversation… but just know i did hear it and now i’m storing it in the mental vault. and nah, you can’t hit me with “it’s nothing to write home about” and expect me to believe it. i know talent when i see it—and if writing gives you peace when the world’s doing too much, that already makes it worth something. art with heart behind it always lands. so yes, i’m absolutely taking you up on that read. don’t let it collect dust next to your vintage vogue. let me see what you’re cooking up. also… i’ll gladly play the charming, slightly chaotic love interest who wins your heart over lattes and unplanned late night conversations. i think we could flip the whole genre upside down—give them something fresh, fun, and a little unhinged. the ladies would eat it up, but honestly? so would the fellas.
Tumblr media
as you should be. nothing motivates you more than the fear of me holding a grudge. i think i could be a pretty decent vampire. it helps that i also have a biting kink, but that's a conversation to keep nice and buried. i am writing my own little rom com, and it's definitely nothing to write home about. not even sure it's worth showing anyone, but it's been a fun little distraction when life becomes a little too chaotic and i need something to focus on. maybe i'll let you read it and you can tell me if it's worth pitching the idea or not, otherwise it'll stay buried under art books and old magazines. hmm— i do think you'd fit the role pretty well, and the ladies would eat you up on screen.

michael: damn, madelaine—you’re really out here trying to make a man blush. i’m not even gonna play it cool—thank you. that kind of support means the world, especially coming from someone who’s been killing it in her own lane. you’re absolutely right too: peace over pressure. i’ve learned the hard way that if you don’t guard your energy, somebody else will use it for you. and i gotta say… this whole convo’s been a peaceful little reset in itself. michael: i appreciate you being in my corner. really. i’ll definitely keep you in the loop as things unfold—you might even end up dragged into one of these projects if i have anything to say about it. and listen, you’d crush it behind the camera. don’t second guess yourself. you’ve got the eye and the instinct for it. directing’s just storytelling with a bigger paintbrush, and you’ve always had the palette. damn, that was deep. michael: and dinner? yeah, say less. i’ve got a few windows this week, so just pick a night and i’m there.
madelaine: just being honest, but also trying to gas you up as much as possible because you deserve it. i don't think the world fully understands just how talented you are. i couldn't agree more. i think the whole idea behind maturing is understanding that sometimes we need a little time for ourselves to just rest and reset. our own personal peace is a lot more important than someone else's. anyone who loves you and cares about you will always be okay with you protecting that peace. i'm glad i took the risk too. sometimes the reward is worth the risk, and in this case it definitely is. madelaine: i love that for you! congratulations! nothing beats that point in your career when you can focus less on chasing the next paycheck, and more on grabbing those projects that mean the most to you. i know whatever you have in the works is going to be beautiful and so successful. you will have to let me know how it goes as things developed. i've clearly been your number one fan, and i want to cheer you on through the whole process. you think so? i always thought i'd flop as a director, but it's definitely something i'd love to tackle in the future. madelaine: i'd like that. maybe we can do dinner sometime this week? i've been a rotting couch potato for days, so i need an excuse to get out of bed and throw on something other than a nightie and slippers.
