Okay, I'm new here, but I've been an EXTREMELY successful booster over the years. My tactics don't involve sticking things in your pockets or purse (I'm a guy anyways) but I have some very advanced techniques that I have used over the years that allow me to get a ton of very high value items and make a fortune. (This story is in no way real and is for entertainment purposes only)
I'll be posting some of these tricks but before I do, is there a better thread than this to interact with people on this subject? What I'm talking about is less shoplifting and more advanced retail theft.
Here's my first tip (for entertainment purposes)-
It takes money to make money in this field sometimes, if you want to be successful with larger and more expensive things. But you will get it back. Here's the no 1 basic trick.
Figure out your item you're going to be getting. Let's say in this case it's a portable ac unit. I bring my helper with me and give them the money to go buy the AC unit. A 12000 BTU AC is gonna run me just under $500 give it take, and they go in and buy it at, let's say the "dome hepot" (see what I did there, can't get too specific). They put the unit on a flatbed cart and bring it out to the truck, and then give me the receipt. I go back inside and grab the same unit and proceed to a different exit (like the contractor exit) and when I go to leave I show the employee my receipt. It's all legit, same time, date, location, and item. They 100% of the time say ok thanks have a nice day. I return to the truck and leave with both. Now I have two options. I can go to a different location and return the first unit and get my money back. This is all well and good. But I'm trying to maximize acquisition and profit. So 9/10 I will walk into the different location through the contractor entrance and bring my flatbed, walk straight to the acs and grab the same kind of unit. I then walk my way strategically around and devise the best approach to the customer service. It definitely helps if you do this when there are already customers at the desk. I then walk up and just pretend I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to. It very rarely comes up but if an employee seemed to notice I didn't come from the front door I explain I thought I could return at the contractor entrance and this invariably works. Confidence is key. And dress the part. Boosting is just acting most of the time, and as your confidence builds you can almost always hustle people the right way. Anyways you just return their own unit to them and now you have two AC units! This method can be applied to most items (unless they have a serial number, which I'll cover in a future post, still totally doable) and works at any store that has multiple entrances and exits. That part is key to this method, but most chains have multiple points. Use their size against them. If anyone is interested on further details hit me up. Til next time!! Stay tuned, as this is the most basic method. I have much more creative ways to do this stuff. Peace. And good luck!
