Before I figured it out, I tried to focus on the fact I was a deity. That fact in itself was my reason for being. It was frustrating at times,but focusing on my divinity helped when I got in my own head.

knowing u were a deity but not knowing what of is infuriating tbh… like what the fuck even am i supposed to b doing here? what did i do then? it’s like the memories of that time r so nebulous and foggy that it seems almost a miracle that i remembered to begin with!

If anyone has advice on how to handle this, please respond. I ask this and only this of u, my fellow deities.

Serving a god isn't about feeding them grapes served on a golden platter (I mean, unless you're into that kind of thing). No. Serving a god of light can be about decorating your bedroom with string lights - but more importantly it's about educating others about light pollution in the hope that one day we'll see the stars as they're meant to be seen. Serving a god presiding over animals is about volunteering at the animal shelter and fostering dogs. Etc., etc.

I don't want your servitude. I don't want to be made lazy and coddled by humans and angels alike. I just want you to make this world a better place. And maybe - if you want - you can do it in my name.

Hello, ml. Thank you for the questions. I use he/him, and prefer god or deity. In most cases I'll accept any sort of title, so long as it's masculine. I have been called Lord misfortune before.

I miss when I wasn't trapped in this body. I miss being a proper god. I miss being able to truly watch over my followers. I miss it all terribly so. I feel so empty now, I feel caged.
