USTP: "Advancing a Sustainable Future"

The global community confronts a range of urgent worldwide issues, including poverty, inequality, environmental damage, and climate change. To address these challenges, the United Nations launched the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015. These SDGs represent a universal call to address poverty, preserve the environment, and promote well-being for everyone. The University and Science of Technology of Southern Philippines this year is anchored and supporting the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

Objectives:

This blog seeks to educate readers on the value of sustainability and offers doable solutions for communities and individuals. Use our individual abilities to actively strive towards reaching these goals.

SDG 13: Climate Action

This SDG is also a critical goal as it focuses the what we can and must do in order to combat this environmental issue that we are facing right now which in Climate Change

SDG 17: Partnership for the Goals USTP Trailblazer fly to Malaysia for ATU-NET GTech 2023 by the Office of International Affairs, USTP System Three UST undergraduate students are participating in the ATU-Net Global Technovation Hackathon in Malaysia, focusing on harnessing innovation to combat climate change. The event, organized by the Asia Technological University Network, is held at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia's main campus in Johor Bahru.
