I scanned the Tales of Asteria Costume Design Reference Book that came as a bonus with the Memorial Book! It's scanned at 600dpi so you can finally read the itty bitty text that goes with it! 😋
You can download the files here.

the dynamic between two people who love a third person so much and come to understand each other because of that is so important to me. you would put them first, and so would i. you understand why we have to save them from themself. i trust you with their life, and so, that means more than if i trusted you with mine. the love doesn't have to be the same, but it's powerful enough that you understand why you're not the only satellite drawn into their orbit.
#this post always makes me think of kodama and elnath#EXCEPT#something about the wording just makes me think of side story 30 in particular#(fondly) ah elnath... you're a fucking mess

some thoughts, as usual whenever i see one of these lmao: - For right now, Chromium based browsers still allow adblock. I would still avoid vanilla chrome (owned by google) though. I'd also avoid brave (the maintainer is vile. also it had a secret cryptominer at some point, i believe). Opera is mildly sketchy as well. If you hate firefox, you'll want vivaldi or some other obscure chromium browser. - Proton's owner also sucks, but if you don't give them money it's w/e i guess - Do Not use "debloater" software you do not personally fully understand. The first link is fine (it's a database of software with warnings about unwanted surprises; it actually has a bunch of "debloater" software listed, lol). Second link is mostly fine adaik (it's a software uninstaller, which I've actually used. If something has malware-like tenacity but isn't technically malware and thus won't be removed by your anti-virus, this will get it for you); However! Do not uninstall software without being sure what it does. Third link is no longer maintained and is getting into the type of software you should be cautious about. Fourth is no longer maintained and is DEFINITELY the type of software you should be cautious about. Pretty much this entire category of software falls into one of two types: "this is malware in itself" and "does things where you can possibly fuck up your windows install". These strike me as the latter. - rather than unroll me i like hatchet (https://github.com/AnalogJ/hatchet) but you have to be okay going into the command line to use it - those articles have a really interesting definition of bloatware... i think its okay to keep some pre-installed apps you've vetted as legitimate if you like them. - pixelfed had a weird privacy scandal semi-recently that im not sue the devs cared about lol. but yeah alternate social media is good. As for further additions, I wrote this de-googling guide at some point and then never shared it. I see people suggesting linux in the comments, and I'll add that if you go for that you probably want to start with opensuse, mint, or fedora. I've heard good things about all of those being newbie friendly. I've never really used any of them, but my own experiences imply that mint will likely be the roughest of the three, but plenty of people love it, so it'll still be fine anyone telling you to do self-hosting doesn't have your best interests in mind btw thats a completely deranged hobby to have <-- person who self-hosts as a hobby
decentralize and clean up your life!!!
use overdrive, libby, hoopla, cloudlibrary, and kanopy instead of amazon and audible.
use firefox instead of chrome or opera (both are made with chromium, which blocks functionality for ad-blockers. firefox isn't based on chromium).
use mega or proton drive instead of google drive.
get rid of bloatware
use libreoffice instead of microsoft office suite
use vetted sites on r/FREEMEDIAHECKYEAH for free movies, books, games, etc.
use trakt or letterboxd instead of imdb.
use storygraph instead of goodreads.
use darkpatterns to find mobile game with no ads or microtransactions
use ground news to read unbiased news and find blind spots in news stories.
use mediahuman or cobalt to download music, or support your favorite artists directly through bandcamp
make youtube bearable by using mtube, newpipe, or the unhook extension on chrome, firefox, or microsoft edge
use search for a cause or ecosia to support the environment instead of google
use thriftbooks to buy new or used books (they also have manga, textbooks, home goods, CDs, DVDs, and blurays)
use flashpoint to play archived online flash games
find books, movies, games, etc. on the internet archive! for starters, here's a bunch of David Attenborough documentaries and all of the Animorphs books
burn your music onto cds
use pdf24 (available online or as a desktop app) instead of adobe
use unroll.me to clean your email inboxes
use thunderbird, mailfence, countermail, edison mail, tuta, or proton mail instead of gmail
remove bloatware on windows PC, macOS, and iOS X
remove bloatware on samsung X
use pixelfed instead of instagram or meta
use NCH suite for free software like a file converter, image editor, video editors, pdf editor, etc.
feel free to add more alternatives, resources or advice in the reblogs or replies, and i'll add them to the main post <3

I'm in the process of physical therapy and job hunting! In the meantime I'm taking commissions to cover the costs of several medical bills and co-pays. Me and my family have been struggling with lots of health scares this year so I'm hoping to find a job soon. I'm only accepting on Vgen and Ko-fi! Rts/Shares are really appreciated
