Grounded part 1.
I found myself developing slights semblances of resentment towards myself, which stemmed from envy, which was ultimately driven by comparison and regret. I know now that my focus must always be inward so that I may put forth my best outward into the world. The only competition is that which is against myself. It all starts with grounding myself in silence. Once I ground myself in silence, I'm able to hear my self and follow through to what my inner grounded self wants most.
