Momohime's looks lately is definitely giving 2000s v-kei. It's been making a comeback lately but it's just so weird to see it in H!P. I ain't knocking it though, she's doing her and looks so confident.

OH FUCK YEAH I AGREE! The weird "stuck in the past" mentality both wota and members have about mormu changing is... Crazy to say the least.

i wonder why japanese wota bashed mizuki for saying 9th gen should be the at the forefront when the group performs platinum era songs since were in the group with platinum members, but when ayumi, sakura, and maria say they are the only ones in the group who actually care about morning musume as a brand and its history, suddenly it's radio silence? sakura even said she stopped herself from graduating with ayumi just so maria would not be left alone to "carry the group on her own" like be serious. it's all the same thing. they are all monopolizing and gatekeeping the group from newer members. none of them deserve to be bashed but no morning musume member deserves to be in the group for over ten years acting like they can honor the morning musume brand better than newer members. those four talk about how they love I WISH and how it's quintessential morning musume, but when I WISH came out wota were so angry because it suddenly pushed the new members forward and was the most "childish" song they had put out thus far and wota were disgusted with the shift in image. there were hundreds of 2ch threads at the time saying "morning musume was destroyed" and sales flopped. they need to put the capes down. morning musume is supposed to evolve and change with new members and they shouldn't overstay in the group with that delusional hero complex like they're the last bastions of the "real" morning musume. get real.
