Glass noodles with lots of different packages to better customize the broth and toppings. Includes preserved vegetables as well as dried ones and real clams as well.

The sauce is rich, very garlicky and a bit spicy without being overwhelming. The glass noodles cooked to perfection without getting mushy.

All in all excellent instant noodles that you don't need to add any extra ingredients to in order to have a good meal!

Spiciness level: 🌶️ 1/3 - Mild

Comment: your usual instant noodles base with a good spice mix packet. You can taste the anise, cinnamon, and shallots and they go very well with the dehydrated veggies mix.

A solid choice in a slightly bigger than usual portion (100g/ 3.53oz worth of noodles).

Great packaging, easy and clear instructions, lots of veggies and the sauce is just amazing! It only needs hot water to cook, and you need a place to drain the excess hot water afterwards. Noodles are thin and slightly mushy when cooked but keep their shape without much issues.

All in all, pretty forgettable. It didn't have instructions in any language, the noodles were very thin and cooked way too quickly, and the sauce was a pretty bland soy/fish sauce mix. The toppings satchel was just a lot of sesame seeds and dried cilantro...not bad but quite disappointing.

Tbh even as a base to add toppings on, there are many other instant noodles with better sauces to use.

Gets two stars because it wasn't actively bad, but that's all.

Seafood & Mild flavor

Spiciness: 🌶️ - just a little tingle

Nice noodles, thicker than the standard ramen ones, hold up pretty well to cooking, without getting mushy. Great slurpability. Broth is good enough, didn't get a lot of seafood flavor but the abundance of seaweed bits made up for it (both nori and kombu!). Bonus points for the little fox-shaped flakes, really cute touch. They do need to cook for 5 minutes in boiling water so they might not work if you don't have a stove.
