I'll take a number 1 with Greer and Jenkins. have fun

oh trust me I did :) I've got two for greer and jenkins and im not cheating and putting them together cuz i wanna write them more

1. smiling at each other from across the room

The most fun thing about knowing and befriending Greer, in Jenkins' opinion, other than the fact that she legally cannot acknowledge Jenkins as her best friend since Mooney has that title, is that she is so easy to rile up when in the presence of positive emotion.

Jenkins watches her roll her eyes as Eugenia smiles at Ziwa from across the room. Watches her sneeze loudly as if from allergies when the Teen Squad™️ shows any sort of affection towards each other.

The funny part is that Greer doesn't seem to realize that she's even doing it. So one day, Jenkins starts a test.

They start smiling at Greer specifically, giving this little half salute half wave as they do it. At first it's just a little Jenkins thing, their teammates are confused but well, it's not harming anyone. 

At first she has the most HILARIOUS reactions, still seeming unaware that thats what shes reacting to. Jenkins counts at least 10 spittakes, a few trips-over-air, one super hilarious time where she fumbles her coffee all over the floor, its really a riot.

It takes MANY seasons for Greer to actually mention it. She's been alternated and feedbacked to the Pies and traded back to the Moist Talkers by this point, and her Alternate was a bit of a weird adjustment for sure, but Lottie turns out to be pretty nice and Greer is still around so it's whatever. 

'Why do you always do that… thing? When we walk into the locker room?' Lottie asks, one day after a game.

'Oh yeah, that thing.' Greer mutters, trying to step on Lottie's foot. Lottie doesn't react.

'Huh, so you DID notice.' Jenkins smirks, packing the last of their equipment into their bag. 'And here I thought you didn't pay attention to me.'

Greer growls and tries to step on Jenkins' tail this time, but of course Jenkins is used to this and side steps easily. 

It really has gotten to a point where 'Dealing with Greer Lott' has to be some sort of skill most of the team has, at this point.

'So?' Lottie tilts her head, confused, and it looks really funny on an eight foot giant with a scary face like Lottie, 'Why?'

'Eh,' Jenkins shrugs. 'At first I think I was trying to piss her off? but then after a while I just got used to it and then it was just… A thing I did? I guess.' 

Greer crosses her arms. 'What the hell, do you NORMALLY do things with the express purpose of pissing me off? Because it's working, Good, I'm pissed off.' She gives Jenkins a sharkish grin.

'Oh, good.' Jenkins returns Greer's grin with one of their own, getting really close to her face as they do. 'Then it's working.' They whisper.

They have a funny aggressive stare down until Lottie picks them both up by the back of their shirts and says 'Stop flirting. It's time to go' and Greer screeches, flailing her arms, while Jenkins laughs.

If you ever witnessed Greer smiling hesitantly back at Jenkins when she is sure nobody is around, no you didn't, she will destroy you, you better run.

30 with Kennedy and Trevino?

yes... my beloved dead guys thank you cynda...

this one is sort of dumb and went on a bit long and has a bit of a funny story actually.

my friend was like 'why dont you have Careless Whisper on your spotify playlist' so i tossed it on there and headmate Kennedy just got so excited about it playing on our drive home so this is a vaguely canonical Kennedy moment here lmfao.

30. laying their head on the other’s shoulder

Its Season Whatever. Kennedy has lost count since Tyler Violet, their main source of time, was 'Ambushed' whatever that means.

This means a lot of Kennedy-and-Trevino time, but now the idea of Kennedy-and-Trevino time is like, its just a given now. Kennedy didn't realize they were gonna miss stupid Tyvi this much, despite everything.

So anyway, Kennedy-and-Trevino time. They usually spend their days doing 'fuck all' if you ask Kennedy, and 'just hanging out' if you ask Trevino, except they do this like, every damn day.

Kennedy is kind of bored, honestly.

Regardless, Trevino revels in being allowed to just, be in physical contact with someone. He always has, and always will, even after all this time. Its one of Kennedy's favourite trivia facts about him, if they had to pick one. 'Trevino Merritt is cuddly as hell, and will never get tired of laying all over you.'

They're laying on the floor in Kennedy's room in the Hall. Kennedy has a rubber ball they are bouncing against the wall in an effort to keep their hands busy, and evidently the constant thump thump sound of it hitting the wall is consistant enough for Trevino, because he hasn't commented on it from where he lightly dozes at Kennedy's side.

Kennedy is so enraptured by this task that they almost miss Trevino shifting closer, but its hard to miss someone squishing their cheek against your shoulder.

There are a few things Kennedy Alstott will tolerate from only a select few people.

One, is the nickname Trevino calls them in this moment.

'Kenny.' Trevino whispers softly.

There are three people allowed the express permission to refer to Kennedy as Kenny, one of them is Trevino, of course, the other two are the aforementioned Tyler Violet, and Kennedy's kid Velasquez Alstott. Three people. In the universe.

They always considered Kenny and Ken too gendered of names for them, after they started identifying as gender neutral. After years of being called those nicknames, they decided it wasn't for them. However, Kennedy would let themself be Kenny for these people. These three important souls in their life, because they knew they could trust them with it.

The second thing they will tolerate, is an even more exclusive club.

And Trevino asks, 'Could you sing me a song?'

Trevino and Vela are the only people Kennedy will sing for.

Kennedy lets everyone think that they can't sing, and it works really well since Derrick Krueger let everyone know immediately when they once sang their worst rendition of a Garages song at him in the Hall.

But its a lie, Kennedy sings, and they sing a song now to Trevino, while he rests his head on their shoulder

'I feel so unsure / As I take your hand and lead you to the dance floor' they start.

Trevino giggles.

it took me a little bit but i found the perfect situation for this one eheheheee...

13. teasing each other good-naturedly

Its Season 21, Day 64. The Moist Talkers are hosting the Core Mechanics in The Gleek and the Flooding is high, just how the local fans and players like it.

Beasley Gloom is on the mound this game, meaning Jenkins and Greer are on the bench, doing nothing but be nuisances as they usually are.

For once, Lottie is off in the bullpen practicing her pitches, so it truly is the original brand of Greer and Jenkins.

(Well, original as in they had been the duo for a lot longer than Greer had known the un-Alternated Jenkins but whatever doesn't matter)

Greer is pulling out her best chirps today, bouncing them off Jenkins who is a brick wall in the way of her taunts as usual.

'Yo, look at that throw!' Greer cackles, as Beasley's pitch is caught in the backcatchers glove for a beautiful strike. 'The dog can throw better than you, Good!'

'Interesting.' Jenkins grins. 'And yet, who pitched their last scheduled game huh? Are you letting Lottie pitch all of your games because you're being nice or because you don't want to get beaten by Beasley?'

Greer growls, as Jenkins expected, their grin growing wider as Greer attempts to steal their hat while Jenkins dodges and evades.

Bottom of the 4th. Score is 2-1, Mechanics favoured. Greer looks away from Jenkins for what she swears is two second and looks back to Jenkins slightly out of breath, holding a Run.

'Jenkins Good entered the Tunnels... Jenkins Good stole a Run from the Mechanics!' Screams the announcer. the score flips to 1-2 Moist Talkers favoured as the crowd cheers.

'What the hell!' Screams Greer. 'You were gone for literally a MINUTE.'

'What?' Jenkins puffs, 'If you're jealous, go do it yourself!'

She grits her teeth. 'Maybe I will!'

Greer is gone for a grand total of 10 minutes before she gives up in frustration. She sits down hard and puts her head in her hands as Jenkins giggles at her. 'Shut your damn mouth, Good, I don't want to hear it.'

'I didn't say anything' Jenkins says innocently, whistling and looking away.

Top of the 9th now. Score is 4-4.

Greer has had her eyes glued to Jenkins ever since they stole that first Run. They've seemed vague shifty, like theyre raring to try to steal another. Greer is trying to prevent this, for her pride, of course.

But well, Greer looks away while sneezing, and Jenkins is holding a Run in their hands again.

'Jenkins Good entered the Tunnels... Jenkins Good stole a Run from the Mechanics!' The announcer cheers for the second time that game. The score flips to 3-5 Moist Talkers.

Jenkins tosses the Run over their shoulder into the Runs pile. 'Its just that easy when you're THIS Good.' They wink at Greer.

Greer throws her hat at them and screams.
