The draft should not exist. Drafting people into the military is a violation of human rights. You should not be able to force someone to risk their life. The people who go "well who's going to look after you when you're old?" when you say you're not having kids are breathtakingly naive. Our next-door neighbour, somewhere in her mid-80s, has a son, grandkids, and a grear-granddaughter, and who's the one she calls when she needs help, and checks that she's not spending christmas alone? Me and my boyfriend.

Guys, I swear I'm a fitblr...

I sprained my ankle about a month ago, definitely the worst sprain I've ever had. And I've sprained a lot of ankles. I mean, I guess really only my two ankles, but like, I've sprained them both a lot. Anyway, a month-ish later and the bruising is almost entirely gone, the pain is minimal, and the swelling and stiffness are much improved. No way I could run on it yet, but I did walk a couple miles at lunch today (for my stupid mental, and physical, health). That was a couple hours ago and it still feels... pretty good? I'll keep doing that until it loosens up even more.

Hey, for the record. This isn't my endorsement of treating "felons" like shit. Its bullshit that Canada has a blanket ban on anyone with a felony conviction. I think it's bullshit that the US has so many "felons". I think it's bullshit that felonies are a thing.

This is merely an expression of my wish to see trump get treated the same way that the rest of us are treated for once in his fucking life, and not get special treatment from every fucking establishment in the goddamn world. Our punitive, carceral system isn't going anywhere any time soon, I just think it would be funny to see him treated the same way anyone else would be.
