hey cuties! i just wanted to drop in with a little update and a question. we have made crazy progress with the new group and we are so incredibly excited to show you the world we’ve created. we hope you guys love it as much as we do. we should be accepting reservations and things within the next few days--just gotta whip up some promos and the gossip blog.  here’s the question: when it comes to sideblogs, would you prefer a public or private list? what about the option to opt out of a public list? let us know in the replies, it’ll help us out greatly!

hello hello! i finally have a nice little plot update for you: 

we have decided to throw it back a few years and bring back a battle of the bands plot. we’ve decided to keep a tour plot because having structure and a schedule like tour makes it easier to keep everyone engaged and involved. we’ll have room for canon bands/musicians and oc bands--since the premise is going to be bands/musicians mentoring smaller, unsigned bands while battling out to win the prize of a lifetime while on a tour similar in scale to warped tour (rip). 

we’re going to create a handful of record labels that specialize in a variety of genres, with the end goal of winning a record deal with each label, so that bands/musicians across the board have room to create a home in the group. there will be ample opportunity for media jobs and typical tour jobs for ocs. 

celebrities/actors will act as sponsors of the tour and the smaller bands. they’ll be able to endorse their favorites as well. they’ll be on the tour working closely with the mentors...but we’re not too sure what else we’d like to see with them, or what you guys who play celebrities would like to see!

so, we’ve put together a google form for you guys to fill out. there are two questions, one regarding celebrities and one regarding things you’d like to mention, questions, concerns, or general suggestions that you’d like to see in the new group for us as a mod team. please take a few minutes to fill it out when you can, as we’d greatly appreciate the input.

moving forward & the future of interlude

hey sweet friends! it’s no secret and no surprise that, with the current state of the world, the activity involved with interlude has come to a crashing halt. we’re like denny duquette and the combined chaos of covid-19 and the important rise of the current blm protests and movement have been izzie stevens cutting our lvad wire.  but that’s okay.  i first want to thank the little group of people who have stuck around--whether you’re trying to still make in character posts or bringing awareness to the urgent need for change, it’s made a difference. you guys make a difference. you guys are the reason i’ve decided to revamp interlude. the revamp comes as a result of me losing 2 of my co-mods. i love them dearly and understand their need to step away to focus on their mental health and the well-being of their community and loved ones. they’ve given me their blessing to breathe new life into interlude, so i’ve gone ahead and asked some of my trusted friends to partake in the revamping of interlude. as of right now, i have 2 new co-mods and 2 gossip mods. ideally, i would like to pick up 2 more mods, one to co-mod the main and one to mod the gossip blog as well. understandably, finding additional help at this time may be hard, as i’m sure everyone is in the same mindset of roleplay falling on the back burner. to anyone who has room on their plate to help, please message me on the main account. we’re still in the process of getting our feet wet in the rebuilding process. the plan is to shut down the main for a week or so at minimum while we put together a steady foundation. we’ve decided to leave the dash open for anyone who would like to move to the new group in the meantime. if you would like to keep your current muses or claim first dibs on someone new in the next group, please be sure to give this post a solid like. in the coming hours (tomorrow at the latest), i’ll be publishing a suggestions box for anything you’d like to see in the new group--whether it be plot ideas, event ideas, or anything in general you can think of, we’d like to hear what you have to say.  please continue fighting the good fight and please continue taking care of yourselves. i love you guys dearly and hope to keep y’all around.

sweet friends, we are so sorry for the overwhelming main silence. two of us have been busy at protests and providing allyship to our communities and the third has been away from the roleplay side of social media to focus on friends, family, and giving back to her own community as well. there are a few unanswered messages in the inbox that have been piling up and i promise to get to those shortly. we also owe you guys european tour dates and those will roll out shortly as well, hopefully. 

please take care of yourselves physically and mentally, if you’re protesting on the streets or from home, if you’re watching the state of the world from afar, or wherever you are. we love you and we’re here for you!

hi party people! just poppin’ in to say how much i appreciate ya’ll for your patience. i started back at work last week after being out for two months and it was intense. i’m super thankful for my two co-mods who’ve kept this ship afloat. my schedule should even out this week and i’ll have a lot more time to work on gossip blog & plot related things over the next few days. if you’re starting back to your old routine pre-quarantine please take care of yourself! try not to be wary if activity on the dash slows a bit; some members are returning to their old routines. if you need a hiatus, don’t forget to fill out a form here, just so we can keep track. i’m repeating myself but you all really are the best and i hope you have a great week!
