It took me years to cast those thoughts away. So many years of body negativity and being unable to look at myself. So many new insecurities have popped up since it happened to me and I’m still struggling with them. 

Don’t do this to yourself. It’s not your fault. It’s not because of your body. At the end of the day they decided to cheat on you and no excuses that they make are a valid reason for breaking your trust. None of them.
