How irritatingly STOIC and know-it-all! Dammit he had no patience for unchecked youthful pride, but he had to respect her baring her little fangs at him. “Keh, sounds like a YOU problem.”

                  So, he’d cut her a break. This time; but only because she was his favorite non-brat. “Watch what? I ain’t got time to sit and listen to a vampire try and WOO a human villager, and neither do you.” 

                 “Don’t you have training or a bounty to hunt somewhere, kid?”

Was she joking? That felt like a dig. It’s not like he had spent a lot of time there anyway, let alone seen vampires. Ghosts; yes. A vampire romance? Well, there was that one thing at Kagome’s school that one time...                             She’s messin’ with me.

           “A vampire huh... Not likely, I seen a lot of stuff. Hard to tell what.”

He’s totally creeped out....

              “Whatever.” At least they’re working together; what was being kept out of light probably wasn’t good news. But as long as the children closed ranks on each other even during a disagreement, meant they were raising them properly.

YOKAI BLOOD, TESSAIGA & THE MOON

I was recently asked my thoughts on this, and honestly – it’s a valid question and a GREAT food for thought.

Here’s my take on what happened to InuYasha before he got the Tessaiga, when his life was either being being threatened or his blood awakened, for whatever reason. We know that, each time this happens though, its much harder on InuYasha to come out of it.  We also know that the New Moon supresses his blood, naturally.  Be that as it wanes towards it, or just on that day alone ( I like to think its kind of alluded towards that the days leading up to his New Moon, his senses start to noticibily fade. Or Wane. ) but as I considered the initial question, it got me thinking.  Could the Full Moon have an opposing effect then, and how would that play into the dynamic of InuYasha’s hanyo blood?

Not much is truly given about hanyo’s, nor is there commonality between them. ( not enough to shake a stick at, anyway )
