Red tea dragon

My first post! Featuring one of my cute teacup dragons. Who wouldn’t like a little helper to drink tea with?

About the dragon:

 He is a sweet little creature living in homes where tea is often served. He likes to sleep in tea ceramics sometimes accidently breaking small cups. When guests are to visit his keepers he will dutifully serve on the table: lighting up candles and keeping the tea the perfect temperature to drink. Not too hot nor cold!

 He is the best tea dragon to be kept by beginners since he will eat any tea! Any already infused herbs or fruits will make him happy and healthy. But it is important to change up his diet from time to time so he gets all necessary nutrients. Sadly this little fellow can be quite rowdy so he is not the best pick to be kept around little children. But fear not there will be dragons in this bestiary that are great with children!

About the piece: This watercolor painting was done by Windsor and Newton Cotman watercolors on a Fabriano cold press paper. After that liners and colored pencils were used to draw the final details.
