Watercolor Painting of Mikoto

I finally figured out how to use my printer's scanner, so here's a little painting I started on a while back that I finally remembered to finish.

This is probably a silly question, but is there a texture you used for the cool fizzy effect in your doll art? I like the fizzy look of MILGRAM’s website stuff, but I don’t know how to recreate it myself.

Welp, she got the verdict we all were expecting. As a Muu fan, I'm kinda disappointed that Muu didn't get the highest ratio (because it would be funny), but hey, it's not like we can only have one problematic queen with a complex.

It feels so weird to be done with voting. Like, I feel like my brain is hard wired to vote every 7 am now. What else is coming to make sure I wake up on time?

I"m sorry Mikoto and John for implying you had prion disease! I fixed it.

Mikoto and John as dolls but the clothes ended up covering the joints. I tried to make the background like a box for dolls but got tired and called it a day, so it's not the best it could be. 

This was inspired by me looking at these cute blind box BJDs (ball-jointed dolls) online. I wanted to give them outfits with elements from their canon outfits, but a lot more cute. Also, dog ears and tail.

With visible shoes below the cut

I made a version of john with a tan jacket, but I liked the purple more.

So I drew the rest of the body with the joints but they are mostly hidden by the clothes. I didn't really bother making the feet look like feet.

Also random note: the font with the o is Rouseau Deco but with a different S.

Ahhhhhh they are so cute! I've seen the theory that the way they hold the flowers in some way represents their victims and I think it's quite interesting.

Amane just straight up dropped the flowers on the ground. I love the disrespect.

Haruka... is certainly holding them. Somehow, it hasn't fallen apart yet. You'd think that more would fall out, but no, apparently not.

Mikoto is the only one who seems to hold the flowers normally, which ironically makes him seem abnormal. He looks stiff and detached compared to the others, like he's attending the funeral of a someone he barely knows. Maybe it's because he doesn't know who's dead, and thus feels detached from the idea of being their murderer. Maybe it's because he had a more professional relationship with them (coworker perhaps?)

If anyone is curious as to what else I made for this poster here's some of the other drawings. To be honest, I was really lazy with these drawings. Muu's shirt is so boring. She would never wear that. Also, I included Danganronpa characters for funsies.

I had a group project where we had to make an anti-bullying poster, and my group mates asked me to draw art for it. I decided to also use this as a chance to draw Haruka.

My group mates sent it to me and just told me to draw someone in this pose. I'm not familiar with whatever comic this is from.

Yeah! Danganronpa Amane! Looking at the DR wiki all the Lil Ultimate titles all seem to correspond to a class subject (Lil Ultimate Homeroom, Social Studies etc.), so I made her the Lil Ultimate Faith studies.

I'm picturing her as the blackened of a case. I think she'll really kill (heh) at that role. Especially since my favorite Amane moments are when snaps (like when she attacked Es with scissors).

I also made a pointing sprite for Mikoto.

I used the cult's symbol from Magic and the balloon in Purge March for her school symbol. Here's the symbols (you can use it if you want)
