Do you really believe that humanitarian aid reaches Gazaâïž

We are deceived by the name "humanitarian aid," while the truth is that only a small portion reaches us, and much of it is stolen and sold at exorbitant prices. Every day, my childrenâs hunger grows, and every day the circle of betrayal widens.
As a father in Gaza, Iâve waited for months for the borders to openâjust to feed my children. But when aid finally arrives after global pressure, itâs stolen in front of our eyes. Anyone who tries to take even a bag of flour risks being stabbed, robbed, or killedânot just by Israeli attacks, but by looters working under the occupationâs shadow. This isnât chaos. Itâs a deliberate policy to starve us, disguised as âhumanitarian aid.â The aid is stolen, hidden, and sold at prices no hungry family can afford.
Famine still grips Gaza. My children go to bed hungry, and I stand helplessâwatching, hurting, and unheard. Please donate whatever you can and share this post my kids need your support

I am a Palestinian mother, and my heart is torn with pain and grief. My voice is choking, and my tears will not dry. I cry out to you from the depths of my soul, from under the rubble of my home, which was once a safe haven for my children. I cry out to you with the voice of every Palestinian mother who sees her children in pain, loses her loved ones, and lives in constant fear and anxiety.
With each passing day, the pain intensifies. I see my children's childhood stolen, their innocence destroyed, and their dreams shattered before my eyes. I see the fear in their little eyes, and this fear burns my heart. I wonder every moment: Will they ever live a normal life like the rest of the world's children?
My pain is not just personal; it is the pain of an entire nation. My grief is not just a passing grief; it is a grief rooted in a long history of suffering and injustice. My hope is a cry for the world, a cry for humanity, to take action and put an end to this injustice. I ask you, in the name of humanity, in the name of every mother in this world, to listen to my cry. To look into the eyes of my children. To feel our suffering. I just want to live with my children in peace, in our homeland, with freedom and dignity. Please, do not ignore our voice. Don't let our cry go in vain. Help my family and be our hope. Don't stop talking about our suffering. Don't forget to donate to us. With deep sorrow and grief,
A Palestinian mother.

Happy pride month specifically to folks on the asexual and aromantic spectrum who oftentimes feel isolated and left out of the conversation. You belong here as much as the rest of us and I hope that you are all loved in a way that is comforting to you.

One of the biggest things I remember Marsha P. Johnson for is S.T.A.R (Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries).
It was a group she founded with several other trans women, specifically sex workers, and they housed trans and gay kids (specifically Black and Brown ones) who needed it, using the money they got from sex work.
She was murdered, likely (at the very least aided by) the US police, and it all hurts my soul so much. Not just thinking of all the people who are alive today because of her but how she was a poet, she was a performer, she was a sex worker, she was beautiful and vibrant and alive.
I'm alive today because of the kindness of Black and Brown trans women who were looking out for and taking trans kids under their wing and the way they disappear left and right and not only do people move on in the blink of an eye, but they turn these people into "symbols" without respecting who they were or what they believed in is so heartbreaking.
To anyone wanting to honor Marsha, maybe try watching out for trans kids, helping out where you can. Fight transmisogyny/noir. Commit some crimes to help other queer folks. Put some bricks in a bag, hit a cop. Protest (or help out with one). Fight whorephobia and stick up for sex workers.
Don't just bring up Stonewall or make memorabilia with Marsha's face on it. She was a fucking person and so are all the other Black trans women who have been murdered and have disappeared, respect it.
(yes this is us centric but im already seeing so many posts "honoring" marsha p johnson and im tired.)

Happy Pride Month everyone! Remember 4 months ago when the CEO of this platform harassed and chased a trans woman off this website just for posting her transition timeline, then chased her to other social media platforms to continue harassing her, and threatened to call the FBI if she continued disputing the multiple dubious terminations of her blogs that did not violate tumblr's terms of service in any way? And despite tumblr staff insisting that the CEO was acting against their interests, the broad transmisogyny evident in the site's culture and moderation policy has still not been adequately addressed?

"How could the enforced anonymity of imageboard culture ever seem like a good idea?" is a question that reads very differently when one's formative experience of social media involves web forums circa 2000 where it was impossible to decipher what any given thread was talking about because every single post included a signature that was ten times as long as its actual content, is all I'm saying.

please help a disabled brazilian trans woman this pride

hey yall. ive been dealing with increasingly intense chronic pain and decreasing mobility on my legs for the past few months now (and with winter arriving in the southern hemisphere, the pain is only getting worse), which really hampers my ability to work most physical jobs nowadays, worsening our already bad financial situation. Besides bills, meds and food, I just really really really want to be able to afford to go to the doctor. Literally any help is welcome.

Happy pride, everyone! I made a joke about my embroidery and now I've made it reality.
Want to use this as an icon? Consider tossing me, an unemployed trans person, a kofi donation! I'm still looking for a job and in the meantime any support at all really helps me to keep stitching projects.
