Some logical things about the void state, brainwaves, etc
This isn't going to be formatted as well. I'm just throwing out information I keep getting asked about.
First of all, the void state is not a deep meditative state. You can use meditation to enter the void but it's not a meditative state because you're not aware of the 3d at all.
The void created your reality whether you like it or not but everything that happens to YOU was created by the pure consciousness. The reason your life was horrible is because you didn't know you could control it.
When you manifest with the void or in general, you have a few options. You can manifest literally anything and everything in THIS REALITY THAT IS YOUR CURRENT ORIGINAL REALITY, or you can shift. You get everything you want in this reality if that's what you want. If you wanna shift, you shift. You can script that nobody finds you weird but be careful and make sure you don't run into any trouble (you could just erase it even if you do so don't worry). You don't have to go anywhere. Nothing is impossible. Kind of the whole point of the void.
Alpha state is a state where you are still conscious but relaxed and not stressed out (unlike the beta state where you are stressed). Your thoughts flow freely in the alpha state and there is no restrictions caused by stress. You should always begin your meditation by getting into alpha state first because it makes going deeper in your mind even easier. It's also when you are focused on something for an extended period of time.
Theta state is a level deeper and it consists of reduced consciousness, lucid dreaming, REM sleep, etc. This is when we are about to go to sleep or wake up in our minds during dreams (lucid dreaming).
Now DELTA state is what babies and infants stay in when they're in the womb. It's a state where you lose bodily awareness and have access to your conscious mind. This is why so many get into the void with delta waves.
Alpha: So to induce each of these states, you have to meditate. But the levels of meditation are different. For Alpha State, you can use the distraction technique by @luckykiwiii101, follow the Nordic Witch meditation on youtube, or do the Silva method.
The silva Method is basically lying down and taking 3 deep breaths. On the first deep breath, imagine the number 3 and say it in your mind three times. Do the same for 2 and 1, breathing deeply each time. Afterwards, you count from 100 to 0. If you're not used to meditation, 100 to 0 should do it. But if you meditate constantly, you might need to do 100 to 0, then 50 to 0, then 25 to 0 to reach deeper levels of consciousness.
Theta: Theta waves is fairly easy. You need to stay still and allow your body to fall asleep. Take deep breaths and visualize a candle or an object in your mind (anything works great). Keep your focus on either your breathing or the object.
Delta: Delta waves can be induced by yoga nidra or transcendental meditation
Transcendental Meditation: Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation that involves repeating a mantra. This type of meditation is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels.
Does that sound familiar? Yep, SATS requires a mantra or a looped visualization as well. Yoga Nidra also gets you into delta state. That's why it works. You visualize and hold this visualization as the last thing in your mind before you lose consciousness (waking consciousness that is).
So the point of all of this is that if you have not been able to induce pure consciousness despite trying the methods, it means your mind is overactive. I don't care if you fell asleep during a method. That just means your mind went from active (beta) or overactive (gamma) to Delta directly (because delta is induced when you sleep naturally).
Let's come back to the void. Like we discussed earlier, the void is not a meditative state. So why do meditative states lead you to the void? It's because meditation allows you to disconnect from your physical body and go deeper within your mind. The void is the purest state of consciousness. Each brainwave is a state of consciousness.
So the way to actually induce the void (a foolproof technique) is to not expect when you're doing the methods. Let me explain:
When you do any method, during it and after you're done and if you have not fallen asleep, you look for symptoms or signs. This brings your mind back to beta because you're questioning, searching etc.
When you stop expecting, you're letting your ego be put to rest. So the next time you do a method, if you feel that you're not stressed, move forward with any method and don't look for symptoms. But if you've been stressing out all day, do an alpha meditation first and then do anything else. The distraction technique is still technically SATS. You use the alpha state meditation to relax and then you visualize which puts you into theta, and eventually delta, then finally pure consciousness.

any tips on using "state akin to sleep" to enter the void state
Hey babe! Absolutely, I’ve got you covered with some tips for using State Akin to Sleep (SATS) to enter the Void State!
Here’s how you can approach it:
Get Comfortable: Find a quiet place where you can completely relax. Lie down or sit comfortably, and close your eyes. You want to get to that drowsy, in-between state where you're not fully awake, but not asleep either.
Focus on Relaxing Your Body: Start by releasing any tension in your body. Focus on your breathing—slow and deep breaths. Let your body sink into relaxation. You’re aiming for that deeply relaxed state where your mind is awake but your body is close to sleep.
Enter the Void Intentionally: As you relax, begin to clear your mind. Some people like to imagine a black void or complete stillness. Focus on the feeling of nothingness. The void is that pure, peaceful state where you can manifest anything because it’s a blank slate.
Affirm/Visualize What You Want: Once you're in that deeply relaxed state, start affirming what you desire or imagine the feeling of having it. Keep it simple, repetitive, and clear. If your goal is to enter the void, you can affirm, “I am in the void state,” or “I have entered the void effortlessly.” Let that thought loop in your mind.
Let Go & Drift: The key is to not try too hard. Let your affirmations or visualizations flow naturally as you drift into deeper relaxation. The void is all about allowing, not forcing.
The more you practice, the easier it will be to hit that sweet spot between wakefulness and sleep. Persistence is key, and trust that the more you do it, the more natural it will feel.

Hii everyone! Welcome to Day 0 (prep day) of The Perfect 2024 Challenge! ੈ✩‧₊˚
Before I start I want to get into WHY I'm doing this challenge. I recieved a lot of very persuasive asks from people talking about how this is the best time to do a manifestation challenge because the stress of the new year approaching will motivate people to really stick with a challenge and also there's no school commitments to use as an excuse. Also, someone pointed out that a big part of manifestation is detaching and the festivities and fun that come with December till the New Year can help with that.
Unfortunately the reason I was so hesitant is because I have so many Christmas plans and I didn't want to make a commitment I knew I couldn't keep but I decided to just pretype out of everything. Now this means that I will not be available for questions during the challenge but it will be very straightforward and everything will be thoroughly explained so I don't think this will be an issue.
Until January, there are 2 subliminals that I require you listen to everyday for 30 minutes each.

law of assumption + quantum physics: THE OBSERVER EFFECT
key word: electrons- part of an atoms, basic building block for all things physical.
book rec: breaking the habit of being yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza
in simple words: the observer effect is when you (the observer) focuses their attention on any location of any electron. only when you have chosen to observe a certain electron is when that electron appears.
there are an infinite array of electrons existing simultaneously with an infinite amount of possibilities and probabilities in a vast invisible field of energy. these electrons remain in their wave state until they are observed. they are potentially "every thing" and "no thing" and they are "everywhere" and "nowhere" until they are observed.
If subatomic particles can exist in an infinite amount of possible places at the same time, then that means that we are capable of creating any reality we want into existence, using just our mind!
in other words: if we can imagine a future event/ scenario in our mind, we are basically creating that reality in the quantum field- that version of yourself now exists among many others.

I don't know who needs to hear this but when we say "act as if" we do not mean in the 3d of course of that's something you enjoy doing by all means do it. But to act as if is to do exactly what you would do if your desire was already fulfilled within IMAGINATION ONLY!! Since the 3d is only a mirror, everything that you'd want to do if your desire was fulfilled you do it all in imagination and you identify as the person who is experiencing all of that within imagination aka imagine it as true.
Also..when we say imagine we do NOT mean visualize. Imagining is LITERALLY by definition to imply an idea in one's mind with or without consideration or reflection aka to form a mental concept, image or idea aka TO SUPPOSE OR ASSUME!! you can easily do this without the need to visualize anything. You're imagining all the time. All YOU have to do is identify with whatever it is you desire to imagine aka "change your clothes" which is code for changing your state of consciousness.
But how do you change your clothes aka a state? Well first you "choose your outfit". What is it that you want to wear, in other words what do you want to identify as. For the sake of examples let's say your manifesting your dream life. Ok so now that I know what clothes (state) I want to wear (identify as), now it's time for me to put my clothes on. How to do that? Well I imagine what would it be like if it were true? What would I do? What would I say? How would I feel? This is where techniques come in to make it fun. You can say affirmations, visualize, script, inner convo, etc. And the moment you are done with doing this and you feel satisfied that is when you know it is done. But wait! What about the 3d? "I don't see anything". Yea that may be true you can't see anything but you know what else you can't see?? Dust..yet you know it's there. You can't see atoms yet you know it's there. You can see other people in front of you right now but you know there are people in the world. You can't see a cake in front of you yet you can imagine a cake and taste all it's flavors and smell its sweetness and everything. You see, you don't have to see anything outside of you to knowyhat you already have your desires. So..just like when we say "know that you already have your desires" and "it is already done" we are not talking about in the 3d that would be delusional. We mean know you have you desires in imagination because and don't worry about the 3d it is only neutral and it can't do anything unless YOU assume it does. Even then, you're still proving that YOU are not only a creator but that imagination is the real reality and the 3d is a mirror because who's to say your desire couldn't reflect the 4d within that same second and yet you flipped it and said "it's not working" and assumed the 3d wasn't reflecting your desire. Why are you worried about what a mirror is showing you if you can already see that you have what you want in imagination?
This is where persisting comes in. You don't persist to get something. You persist because you know you have what you want regardless of what is being shown outside of you. You continously choose to identify as something even when there is no evidence of it.

How to live in the end

Are you feeling anxious about your upcoming photoshoot? Your exams? Sp? Or maybe an event that hasn't occurred yet?
I have got your back
1. Focus on your end goal and not on the "lack/circumstances"

Our fave stickman wants to go to Barbados, but instead of focusing on Barbados (aka the end goal) he starts focusing on not having the tickets or not having the money to buy the tickets (circumstances)
His entire attention is on the circumstance and not on the end goal

2. Thinking from THE end

This is based on the timeline jumping method ( the thread, ♡ the visual thread )
So what do we do here?
Tickets are just the bridge of events for your end goal
We mentally go to Barbados and think FROM Barbados and not OF it
(That's how Neville manifested his trip, btw)

The art of thinking from the end is about internally seeing the world as you would see it if your desire has already been achieved, even if it hasn't physically manifested yet.
3. Not seeing any movement?

The stickman has got a photoshoot at MoonMoon studio in 2 weeks
On top of that the stickman is manifesting their desired body

4. Think FROM & AFTER your desire

They become anxious about the photoshoot BUT
How can the stickman get out of that anxious state?
Instead of thinking OF the photoshoot, they will think FROM and AFTER the photoshoot
They will mentally imagine that the event has already occurred
5. How to get into the state

And they ask themselves this question
"How do I feel now when the photoshoot is done?"
"Wow, I like how the photos have turned out. I look so hot,"
They mentally prepare themselves for the best outcome and it helps them to get out of the anxious state
Inner action is an introverted sensation. If you will construct mentally a drama which implies that you have realised your objective, then close your eyes and drop your thoughts inward, centering your imagination all the while in the predetermined action and partake in that action, you will become a self-determined being.
6. You are THE observer

dealing with fear of abandonment through LOA + general tips
personal backstory / long post ahead

as a child, my needs were not met and therefore, i developed a schema that people were meant to disappoint me and leave me and my relationships, both platonic and romantic reflected EXACTLY that.
countless times, i was ‘left’ without any reason, always strengthening the notion i had always felt that people were meant to abandon me. even if i was close to someone, i would still engage in self-sabotaging behaviours when i felt disappointed by the expectations i had set for them. feeling this lack of control when it came to relationships because i was so deathly afraid of being left alone; of disappointing the other. not putting myself first because i felt the only sense of worth i had was through whether another found me worthy. this is all very hard for me to say of course, im a private person but i felt maybe someone at least needed to hear this. my parent would be nice at one point and disinterested in the other, i felt i had to work to gain their approval and for them to be nice to me all the time. i needed them to view me as perfect, so they wouldn’t leave me. but guess what guys? thats stupid, bcos fuck perfection.
in my abandonment activation strategies/self-sabotaging behaviours, my body would go into a state of desperation, in dire need of any sort of relief and safety, crying my heart out because i was so scared, leaving people because i was scared of being left first. being scared i was being clingy by asking for reassurance which in turn sends me into another frenzy, isolating myself from people so i have no chances to be hurt, feeling resentment when someone doesnt meet my expectations/needs through no fault of their own. my inner child would just take over my body, repeating the same distress i experienced as a kid.

but i am not a kid anymore. i am a well-functioning adult and i cannot continue this abandonment schema. so what do i do?

There is always MOVEMENT

The cat example
You are claiming that you can't see any MOVEMENT?
I have got your back:
Let's talk about movement and how your eyes are lying to you because there is ALWAYS MOVEMENT
1. Your human eyes are fooling you, and here is why:

Assume you have a cat in your home. You're sitting on your bed with the doors closed. If I ask you whether there is a cat in the room, you will respond "no" since your eyes tell you that there isn't one, right?
If you judge after appearances, you will continue to be enslaved by the evidence of your senses. - Neville Goddard, Your Faith is Your Fortune
2. Is the cat real? IT IS! Aka, is your desire real? It is!

Is the cat real? It is!
But can you see the cat? No.
Your eyes can't see it, so, for your brain, the cat isn't real at that moment.
Does this mean that the cat isn't in the kitchen or the living room? Perhaps the cat is jumping around or napping on the balcony.
3. Just bcs you can't see it in your physical reality, it doesn't mean you have "failed"

Can you see it with your own eyes while sitting on your bed? NO
But do you know the cat exists and is moving around the house? Sure, even though you can't see it, the cat is real to you.
Deep down, you know that the cat belongs to you.
So look at it this way:
4. Your job isn't to focus on the movement
So enjoy the present moment

Whether you see it or not, there is always movement behind closed doors. So if 5000 people have to move for you then they will have to run for you.

Your vision is limited, but your 4D is not. Thus, you are limitless. Your invisible movement is the cat moving behind the locked door.
This implies that just because you can't see the desire right now doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
5. Become AWARE

But hey, you are sure about the fact that the cat exists, and when you call the cat, it will respond and come to you
Now your eyes can see the cat right?
Congrats, your cat is now on your lap meowing at you <3
6. Put yourself into the stickman's position

The stickman = you
The cat moving around the house = your movement (which you might not be able to see with your own eyes since your eyes are limited)
The cat = your desire

🌹VOID CHART PROGRESS + success🌹



I have finally decided to stop being a puss- and lazy ass,just because of ADHD and I will enter void.
I will be using lucid dreaming method because I had lucid dream few times before so and I even entered void but I thought I'm dreaming so I didn't affirm,so it help living in the end knowing I have lucid dream before.
Routine
• Listen to subliminal with isochronic tones 30-60 mins in the morning and 1 hour at night.
• Using askfirmations for 30 mins.
• psych-k 3 or more session of 10 mins.
• living in the end.
Progress chart
23/11/23 : Only listen to the subliminal with isochronic tones for 1 hour. •{I tried sleep paralysis and set my alarm around 5 hours, sadly when I woke up I didn't remember any dream,when tried inducing sleep paralysis I got scared so I feel asleep withe the intent to see a vivid dream and I succeeded but I wasn't lucid.}
24/11/1/23 : listened sub for 1 hour 30 minutes in morning,forgot to affirm,used subliminal for 30 mins and used adambja's affirmation tapes 20 mins. •{Ok guys,I have dropped the plan to use subliminals my ears hurt,so one of my friend shared me @adambja tapes,I only listen 2 times while doing psych-k 10 minutes each side.}

•{Didn't had any dream,but then I woke up around 5 and fall asleep with the intention to dream and I had a pretty normal dream nothing weird and I remembered a little and lastnight tried the new four fold breath method but failed I was too sleepy.}
27/11/23 : Listen ? times,affirmed and did the breath method.
•{I change my listening time, because I get really bored while listening the tape for 1 hour And I remembered TODAY that I haven't affirmed , I literally forgot about it😐,so today I affirmed just a little though. Also didn't had any lucid dream but after doing the breath work,I was trying to sleep and I don't know why but I felt like I'm dying,and for few seconds I think I was in void but I woke myself up.}
28/11/23 : didn't listen to the tapes but did breath work.
•{So I took a nap did the breath work and again the weird feeling as I was trying to fall asleep. Not much result,I don't ev n remember if I dreamed.}
•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•° So guys,my desperation is higher then mountain Everest,and bcz I was not getting too much success from the tape to get rid of all the limiting beliefs neither it was helping with my anxiety😭. So I decided to use a lucid dream sigil as well😐.

29/11/23 : Listened to the tape,used @charmedreincarnation reverse psychology method while vaunting and it's quite similar to askfirmation as you are questioning your amazing ability to lucid dream or manifest and the practice setting intentions.
•{So I've been noticing something,last time when I did psych-k was on the 2nd day of listening to Adambja's tape and I almost lucid dream,but these day I don't even remember my dream🤡 I guess gotta start doing it.}

1/12/23 : Listened to tapes 1 time, and Slade's lucid dreaming sub.
•{ I skipped again yesterday (30 th),but I did use Slade's lucid dreaming sub,and void sub(had a good experience),so I had a weird vivid dream today morning and I think I will able to lucid dream very soon}
New routine (sorry I can't control myself😭)
• Listen to Adambja's tape while doing Psych k.
• Listen to Slade's lucid dream subliminal.
• Do distraction method.

2/12/23 : Listen to tape one time only and use Slade's dreamworld and ETA subliminal.
•{I had 2 weird dreams, I can't remember them properly but before I woke up,I remember i was talking about lucid dreaming in my dream}
•(I did the distraction method last night and y'all I'm shooketh again,this haven't happen before,so lastnight I almost enter void within 20 mins,the experience was something I never had,as y'all know we shouldn't pay attention to our 3d or body,I did exactly that MONTHS ago when I was being a procrastinator and being lazy,but at that time I use to focus my body alot so I used to feel itchy alot,but this 2 days I didn't felt a thing,and last night was something I felt my body melting,and it felt too good that even when I wanted to stop I kept going,it felt just sooo good)
3/12/23: Listened to the tape 1 hour,and used subs with isochronic tones.
•{so last night that's 2nd December,I forgot to listen to the tapes but I used the subliminals, but sadly I don't remember my dream but atleast I dreamt 🤭,I wasn't able to do the distraction method, because my pregnant dog was being whiny and wanted to cuddle with me😭,so I didn't do it)
Edited : I remember the dream,it was something about waiting room🤯, bro
4/12/23: Didn't use the tape,fall asleep while listening lucid dreaming sub.
•{I had 2 really vivid weird dream,I swear I was in void too but from there I went to another dream}
5/12/23: Didn't use the subliminals nor the tape.
•{ I had an exam today,so I just listen ,glosygirl's exam sub overnight🥲,but I actually had vivid dreams,sadly I forgot to write it down in my dream journal}

•{Anyways I had a pretty weird dream and had an awakening but I was gonna get lucid}
Note: from 6 to 8 it's not too accurate because I forgot to update due to exams but don't worry it's no different.
9/12/23: Listen to the tape and slade sub.
•{almost had a lucid dream again}
10/12/23-15/12/23: I listen to the tape only few times and that's for my exams.
•{So I barely listen to the tape but my dreams are becoming vivid everyday and I always almost become lucid but always get woken up by my parents also a thing I noticed is that,I had to wake up in between and after that sleep with the intention to dream then only I remember my dream}
16/12/23: Listen to to the tape at night and used the LD sub.
•{I just remembered my dream and I also tried entering void through the basic method I got super close but my dogs start barking}
17/12/23: Listen to the subliminal
•{I didn't got any good sleep because of my dogs }
18/12/23-24/12/23: I'm still procrastinating and had a mental breakdown in between but I also tap in the void which I will count as success.
I will be more focus on tapping in the void rather then LD so I created a new routine for myself.
25/13/23-31/12/23: I stopped to take a break.
Since it's new year and I want to start of fresh I'm back and will mostly stay focus on waking up in void and LD.
New routine (smiling in embarrassment)
I will follow my own living in the end challenge but I modified it. After I saw success story from a blogger Doona and mention about morphic field I'm going to use the once she recommended and along with it I will start using void and LD subliminals.
1/01/24: I started using morphic fields and then then LD subliminal.

2/01/24: done following the routine.

The only problem is assuming you have a problem or that you are doing something wrong. It becomes a cycle of "fixing and restarting" very quickly. Why do you assume that you have a problem, or that you are doing something wrong? Why do you assume that you can't do it? Why do you assume that something is blocking you from having everything of your desires? Ask yourself.

i just entered the void last night by waking up in it and i want to share my theory that guaranteed my success. ⚠️ a lot of people might not agree with this, this is my thoughts ⚠️
ever since i learned about the void state a year ago, i would always looks at success stories and think "she's so lucky" subliminals i listened to for weeks, a girl would listen to and enter the void that night. how lucky. or i would meditate every night but someone would enter on their first night of meditation. how lucky. or the people who have been always waking up in the void state without knowing what it is. HOW LUCKY.
i tried to enter the void so many times but i was always failing while other people around me got lucky and entered.
that's when @gorgeouslypink came out with this post:
this post opened my eyes so much. the void state isn't a deep meditative state! it's you literally projecting to a plane of pure conciousness. and this isn't something you can just meditate into. it's something that you intend and if lady luck is on your side, you enter.
go look at almost every major bloggers void success story. @gorgeouslypink struggled for so long and then on the night she wasn't even try to enter the void, she got lucky and entered. a lot of bloggers had similar experiences. forget tumblr, go look at reddit. people will tell u they finally got lucky and they got in on their 5th time trying a certain guided meditation or method.
this idea really started forming in my head, the key to the void wasn't accepting the i am or persistence, it was luck. the only thing that stays constant in everyone's success story, from the people who don't even realize they're entering the void state to the person who listened to a subliminal and got in on their first time to the girl who spent 2 weeks affirming and finally got in.
and it really became solid when i was going through @pinksssecret and I came across this link to a book about a guy who did a lot of research on astral projection and came to the same conclusion as me, you can just try to do everything right and if you're lucky, you'll astral project/enter the void.
but at this point i was kind of at a loss. how do I make myself lucky? i knew loa but i was just a bit of a bad time in my life but that's when pink started her loa challenge and when she shared that first lucky girl asmr video, i just knew i could do it.
i got my life together and then made an experiment on how to test my lucky theory and for the past 2 weeks ive been sticking to it and i woke up in the void which helps support my theory that entering the void has to do with luck.
what i did for 2 weeks:
1. I did the Mary Kate lucky girl meditation everyday:

2. Listen to this for an hour everyday, Read the comments!!!!!

3. Listen to this only 2-3 times!! The creator said it is only affective with no headphones and only listen 2 to 3 times. This is acc a backup video, the original one had many success stories:

Did this for 2 weeks (would miss the weekends bc of 3d circumstances) but I woke up in it yesterday.
I wrote a very long void list and it'd be too much to write all of it here but I did the usual stuff like desired face and body and white and clear skin and pretty privelege. I manifested moving to California (I live in Tennessee) by myself and desired school life and cool and cute friendships. I also manifested being very smart. Plus many other things.
I think on hindsight I might have just improved my self concept that I would never be able to enter the void and that's why I entered but I also do think entering the void have a lot to do with luck and I made myself lucky so I entered. It's not something I can say and guarantee but it is my theory that you enter the void through luck and I entered by making myself lucky.
