Cada vez q la miro veo el reflejo de la Virgen, la fe es una cosa seria seria, cuando existe de verdad no hay imposibles. HOMEMADE FROZEN YOGURT IN 5 MINUTES (NO MACHINE)

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE FROZEN YOGURT & TOP TIPS

Add your favorite fruit and the rest of the ingredients into a food processor, blend until smooth and freeze. This is an absolutely easy dessert that could not be simpler, plus, you won’t end up with icy, hard frozen yogurt. Use good quality frozen fruit because they’ll give you a creamy texture once blended. Homemade Frozen Yogurt can be made with any yogurt you prefer. 

The honey in this recipe is not just for sweetness; it’s what makes your frozen yogurt scoop-able. Sugar in a liquid form is what stops ice crystals forming and keeps the yogurt soft.

For Dairy-Free or Vegan Homemade Frozen Yogurt recipes, swap out the honey for agave and use a dairy-free yogurt like coconut yogurt.

STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGURT 

Ingredients

2 cups (10oz/284g) frozen strawberries

2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar

¼ cup (2oz/57g) plain yogurt (greek, non-fat or full fat)

1/2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Add the frozen strawberries, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and lemon juice into a food processor (or liquidizer).

Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.

Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

PINEAPPLE AND COCONUT FROZEN YOGURT 

Ingredients

2 cups (10oz/284g) frozen pineapple

2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar

1/4 cup (2oz/57g) plain yogurt (greek, non-fat or full fat)

1/2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 Tablespoons toasted coconut

Instructions

Add the frozen pineapple, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and lemon juice into a food processor (or liquidizer).

Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.

Stir in the toasted coconut with a spatula

Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

CHOCOLATE AND BANANA FROZEN YOGURT

Ingredients

2 frozen medium bananas (2 cups/10oz/284g) banana frozen

2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar

1/4 cup (2oz/57g) plain yogurt (greek, non-fat or full fat)

⅓ cup (11/3oz/37g) cocoa powder

2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

Add the frozen bananas, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt, cocoa powder and vanilla extract into a food processor (or liquidizer).

Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.

Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

CAKE BATTER FROZEN YOGURT  

Ingredients

1 cup (8oz/225g) plain yogurt (greek, non-fat or full fat)

8 oz cream cheese

3 Tablespoons honey

3 teaspoons vanilla

3 Tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

Add the cream cheese, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and vanilla into a food processor (or liquidizer).

Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.

Stir in the sprinkles with a spatula

Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

MANGO AND LIME FROZEN YOGURT 

Ingredients

2 cups (10oz/284g) frozen mango

2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar

1/4 cup (2oz/57g) plain yogurt (greek, non-fat or full fat)

1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

Zest of 1 fresh lime

Instructions

Add the frozen mango, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and lime juice into a food processor (or liquidizer).

Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.

Grate over the zest of 1 lime and stir in with a spatula

Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

COOKIES AND CREAM FROZEN YOGURT 

Ingredients

1 cup (8oz/225g) plain yogurt (greek, non-fat or full fat)

1/2 cup (4oz/115g) cream cheese

3 tablespoons honey (or agave nectar)

3 teaspoons vanilla

8-10 Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions

Add the cream cheese, honey (or agave nectar), yogurt and vanilla into a food processor (or liquidizer).

Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps.

Add half of the crushed oreo cookies to the food processor and blend until the Oreo bits are broken up and evenly distributed.

Fold in additional crushed Oreo cookies for extra texture.

Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 4 hours but preferably overnight. Store it in the freezer for up to 2 month.
