In Hindu tradition, Sanskar (or Samskara) refers to a series of rites and rituals performed throughout a person's life, aimed at purifying the body, mind, and intellect, and shaping character and personality. They play a role in shaping an individual's character, values, and behavior, guiding them towards ethical and righteous living. Sanskars are a way of transmitting cultural values, traditions, and beliefs from one generation to the next, helping to maintain social cohesion and continuity.

Fear lessens with the benevolence of Sanskaar .. resoluteness rises .. gives strength and the firm ability to live life ..

In our lives and particularly in our early years Ma and Babuji always gave prominence to 'sanskaar' .. in the way we were brought up .. and in the way several others were brought up too .. it's a refined quality that was inculcated in us ..

That is something that we all treasure as our greatest gift from generations and from the teachings of our elders ..

May our 'sanskaar's' ever be in the right directions !!

All are considered my dearest EF .. and have the same love and concern and affection ..

I know you stand beside me in good or in bad .. your dedication is supreme .. and valued .. I do know that when needed you and all the Ef shall be with me holding hands ..

The World has changed dramatically .. culture, values, dignity respect have all flown out of the window and many other 'cultures' have been born ..

But the strength of birth is the strength that we are on this Hemisphere .. loved admired and made to live in strife at times, but also given the joys of existence ..

We value that and move on each day ..

... and there is immense admiration for Abhishek ..

each role he has accepted and played has been with immense dedication .. he has ever delivered the character to perfection .. his choice of films and roles has guided him to give him opportunity to try something different .. and I remember the words written in my Autograph book as a youngster, by the great Hindi poet laureate , Shri Ram Dhari Singh 'Dinkar' , when he would often visit our home in Allahabad , now Prayagraj ..

'act' not in reference to acting on stage or film but in life to be dare and to act ..

Abhishek has ever done that .. he has dared to take on films and characters that challenged him .. and he 'acted' .. he dared to act and be recognised ..

मूसला धार बारिश ; लेकिन वे खड़े रहे अड़े रहे ; इस स्नेह का मेरे पास कोई उत्तर नहीं, न कोई शब्द , बस ईश्वर की कृपा बनी रहे - मुझ पर नहीं - उनपर जिनका स्नेह , कोई भी बारिश रोक नहीं सकती !!

बहुत कहा कि घर जाओ, पानी बरस रहा है ; लेकिन नहीं ! खड़े रहे, अड़े रहे !

मैं नतमस्तक हूँ उनके सामने ।

the rain in the most heavy downpour .. and they stand there in disciplined respect .. no not they .. I .. I express my respect to them ..

from adjoining buildings they wave their love .. i try to notice them .. and ever attempt .. they acknowledge .. it is a moving feel ..

I do not wish to turn away .. but the rain .. they are getting wet .. when I turn away they shall too and avoid getting wet ..

most pained and filled with immense remorse on the Air India crash ..

empathy and support for the lives lost of our people , and across all nations and communities ..

may grief transform into solidarity in honouring lost lives ..

through transparent investigation, let there be sustained remembrance .. and resilience .. for meaningful action and prompt lessons .. and for the healing of all ..

.. and the morning today has been filled with another grief for me and the family .. a most dear friend lost her Son .. young energetic .. and so sudden .. the pain and the grief for our friend and us is unimaginable .. and so difficult to have the belief that it has occured ..

all that one can do is PRAYER and to stand to give strength to the near and dear to bear the loss ..

… work is the work at the blue .. for the blue be the blue of the bluish blue bluesstter .. ranting grave thoughts , but in the continued company of the work ..

working away .. and the joy of it .. did 5 films and 2 photo shoots in about 2 hrs ..

of course they were for an Ad., for a client endorsement .. ! but still !!

😳

the crew and friend director tells me -

" I am spoiling the work template of work " .. ..

they told me ...

'if you are going to finish an entire days work in one 4rth of half a day then, your client shall give more films to be made in the one day designated, and that shall set a bad precedent .. for all " !!

😂

Hahahahahahaha .. !!!

Oh .. i just love this .. !!!!

But the expediency of the work is helping the Producer and the crew .. I would rather do that for the benefit of the worker, than myself ..

many a times they ask me what I have seen as change in the Film World .. and I have many changes noticed ..

BUT ..

NO ..

I shall not say it here , because this communication Universe , has been besieged by the -

IMPOTENCY OF CONTENT ..

HAHAHAHA ..

EACH EXPRESSION SHALL BE GIVEN A DIFFERENT MEANING IN ORDER TO ATTRACT A HEADLINE ..

but the work is so rewarding .. and they that sit and plan it are truly the keepers of the Trade ..

and the genius of the अवि that gives respect to the gouwari ... brings in the deal ..

ये जो हाथ उठते हैं प्यार आदर सम्मान के , ये दर्शाते हैं कि जनता जनार्दन ही होती है ; ये हर दृष्टि कोण से ईश्वर का रूप मानी जाती है ; इन्ही के कंधे मुझे इस स्तर पे लाके खड़ा कर देतीं हैं ; कृतज्ञ हूँ मैं, आभारी हूँ मैं ..... कृतज्ञ शब्द भी मुझे बहुत ही फीका लगता है; कोई और शब्द मेरी शब्दावली में है ही नहीं ; मेरी इस क्षमता को क्षमा करें ; मैं केवल अपना स्नेह , भरपूर दे सकता हूँ , और देता रहूँगा ।

पूज्य बाबूजी पर लिखा एक लेख से कुछ उनके शब्द स्मरण कर रहा हूँ :

' मैंने जन रुचि को कभी अपने ध्यान से उतरने नहीं दिया । मुझे जीवन में जो भी अवसर उसे जानने के लिए मिले हैं, मैंने उनका पूरा लाभ उगाया है .... मैंने अपना फ़ैसला हमेशा जन रुचि से माँगा है "

" मैंने जीवन देखा, जीवन का गान किया !"

" कविता को फ़ओ वारे के पानी की तरह जीवन से ही उठना और लौटकर जीवन में ही मिल जाना चाहिए " !

.. all the birthdays that were missed during these last days are deeply regretted .. my wishes as always for all ..

.. and as I said on the X .. we become the 4rth largest econmy in the World , beating Japan .. 🕺 .. and in another 2.5 to 3 yrs shall become the 3rd largest economy in the World !!

What an Incredible achievement for a Country that became Independent just 75 yrs + ago ..

How many other nations that got Independent 75 yrs back, have attained this kind of achievement ..

भारत माता की जय, जय हिन्द 🇮🇳🇮🇳

.. and what of the AgniVeers .. the young fighters that fought to protect us during this recent attack on our land ..
