Some random things that I liked to display.
The cloak collar for Byleth and Rhea can be a stylized look for halo. It is [from wikipedia], "been used in the iconography of many religions to indicate holy or sacred figures, and has at various periods also been used in images of rulers and heroes."
Tumblr media
Slight difference in a male and female room
Tumblr media
The description of the Horned Crown in FeHeroes shows the resemblance between Edelgard's and Sothis's crown. However, there is symbolism that explains some important things. 1) The red gem resembles an upside-down heart, which symbolizes turning relationships upside-down, and this is what happens with we relationship with Edelgard on most of the routes. 2) The star in a circle has been replaced by four lines, and may symbolize safflower thorns or a star with a faint light.
Tumblr media
Her design contains stars, but unlike the eight-pointed star of the Nabataeans, she has a four-pointed star. A four-pointed star is smaller, less luminous, and farther from earth than an eight-pointed star. The hearts in her design are actually a stylized shape of a blooming or unblooming safflower. The Japanese name for safflower is 紅花, which is the same as her route name.
Tumblr media
Her cloak has complementary color palettes with Seiros' cloak, plus it looks too big on her as if it were for a man. So, like her crown, her cloak may have originally belonged to Wilhelm, the first emperor of the Adrestian.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The statues in the cathedral, the renown icon, and a decapitated statue bordering the Shambhala map, the Pagan Altar, all resemble the depiction of the Nabataeans and the goddess in frescoes.
Tumblr media
And I know there are those who will object to the pagan statue being Sothis, but you can see similarities between them from wings to cloak. Not to mention, if you focus on a chest, you will see that it is a female.

Analysis of Emblem Rings Designs
In Artbook, each ring is coded with a Japanese character, and I will analyze it meaning and connection to lord. So if I don't know what it means, or I misinterpreted it, please correct me.
Tumblr media
Marth's ring resembles his tiara from Mystery of the Emblem (1994), but with the layers reversed. It is decorated in his standard pattern.
His code in Artbook is 星, means Star. I don't know what it symbolizes?
Tumblr media
Celica's ring and design are characterized by three lines, and in her ring, a space is placed between them, which gives consistency with her design. In addition to the presence of Mila's logo.
Her code in Artbook is 守, means Protect, or Defend. I don't remember the Echoes plot well, but it may symbolize her role in the plot.
Tumblr media
Sigurd's ring design appears to be a stylized form of his cloak.
His code in Artbook is 承, means Acquiesce. I don't know what it symbolizes?
Tumblr media
Leif's ring design is consistent with his design patterns taken from the fourth series of the TCG.
His code in Artbook is 放, means set free, release, fire, shoot, emit, banish, or liberate. It symbolize his role in the Thracia plot.
Tumblr media
Roy's ring design is taken from his headband design and the Binding Blade.
His code in Artbook is 火, means Fire. It may symbolize his affinity.
Tumblr media
Lyn's ring design is taken from her belt design, and the silver motif has a stylized combination of Mulagir and the metal in her belt.
Her code in Artbook is 風, means Wind. Like Roy, it may symbolize her affinity.
Tumblr media
The spiral shape in the twins' ring is similar to the style of their bracelets, while the three gems may refer to three beads in Eirika's belt, and the gem shard to Ephraim's cloak. A group of gems on the middle side may indicate multiple small blades next to large blade in Siegmund and Sieglinde.
Their code in Artbook is 碧, means Blue, Green, or Azure. It may refer to twins in general.
Tumblr media
A gold portion of Ike's ring may refer to a yellow stripe of his design in Path of Radiance, a silver portion to his arm armor in the Vanguard class, while a portion surrounding a gem vaguely resembles Lehran's Medallion, referring to the role it played in the plot.
His code in Artbook is 蒼, means Blue. It refer to the first character of a Japanese title Path of Radiance, 蒼炎の軌跡 (Path of the Blue Flame).
Tumblr media
The portion surrounding the gem may be a stylized form Micaiah's brand, while a portion on both side resembles wings suggesting of Yune's bird shape. Like Lehran's Medallion, the orange color in Micaiah's ring refers to Yune and the role she played in the plot.
Her code in Artbook is 光, means Light. It may indicate the names of her classes and skills.
Tumblr media
Lucina's ring resembles her tiara, while the part surrounding the gem somewhat resembles one of the parts of Falchion's design, while the color of the gem is similar to the mysterious glow that appears in Falchion.
Her code in Artbook is 覚, means Awakening.
Tumblr media
The portion on both sides resembles the clasp of her cloak, while the gem resembles a dragon stone.
Unfortunately, I couldn't recognize her code in Artbook. Maybe someone else might recognize it, here are two pictures.
Tumblr media
Byleth's ring design resembles their ring from 3H, or their arm armor, while the segments between the gem at the bottom and top may indicate the pattern on a male's chest, and the two segments at the end may indicate both male's and female's pendant ribbon.
His code in Artbook is 導, means to direct, guide, lead, conduct. It symbolize his role in the 3H plot.

3H's UI Design
The title screen shows Sothis throne, in the game, Byleth sees Sothis throne between their dream of the War of the Heroes and their awakening by Jeralt. Which may symbolize that the scene of a throne is the first thing you will see before and after entering the game. The throne is also the place where the most important things happen, such as meeting Sothis, merging with her, and the events of Chapter 11.
Tumblr media
After beating the game, Sothis is shown sleeping on a throne, this is similar to Final Fantasy XV, so spoilers for FFXV.
In FFXV, after beating the game, Noctis is shown sleeping with Luna/Oracle in a logo, mirroring the end of the game. It was the end of the game where Noctis sacrifices himself to save his world, and then sleeps in peace on his throne in the afterlife. This is similar to how we know in end of the game about Sothis sacrifices herself to save Fodlan and then went to rest on her throne in the holy tomb.
Player menus is a notebook Byleth carries with charms on it. Pages feature the country logo of chosen house, with the Church of Seiros logo on a page before choosing a house.
Tumblr media
Besides a feather pen as a cursor, many ui are in the form of a set of papers; A plain papers, a papers with a Church of Seiros pattern and Sothis tiara, and a papers with a heart pattern in a corners cover.
Tumblr media
The design of the options box is similar to a bookmark cards and the ribbon at the top left as a bookmark ribbon that is placed between pages.
Tumblr media
With many ui somewhat similar to the sticky notes.
Tumblr media
Roster's design is like a campus card, where characters stand on the ground outside a classroom when see roster.
Tumblr media
Although the background varies depending on the floor it is on.
Tumblr media
The cards and MVP also feature a unique frame for each house or story chapter you are in.
Tumblr media
The lower and upper design of a banner that appears upon raising a professor level or passing a certification exam may look similar to a mosaic above a door, which may symbolize the opening of a door to new knowledge and experience gained.
Tumblr media
The same theme is present in the banner when begin exploring or lesson plan, symbolizing the beginning of your journey of exploration and teaching others. However, there is no single for Battle, and this may symbolize that there is no benefit to be gained from battles and conflict, and this fits with the FE franchise's message that war is bad. Besides, each one has a color that distinguishes it.
Tumblr media
The design of the Crest of Seiros and its various styles is present in most of the UI with the same, if not more, than the Crest of Flames, which is a constant reminder that Officers Academy is the same as the Church of Seiros.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There are many plant patterns that decorate the UI, which is a reference to the passing of the seasons, the meaning of the game's Japanese title. And you can see a branch of leaves on the right of the notebook, which indicates that the notebook has become more like your diary of your life in a monastery.
Tumblr media
During a tea party, a screen is decorated with plant patterns with blue roses, giving the ambiance of a garden in which you are sitting. Along with a dialog box in the color of natural hot tea.
Tumblr media
The date circle at the top left features four shapes for each season, rose for spring, morning glory for summer, grape vines for fall, and poinsettia for winter. However, during a period of war, the circles loses its colors and becomes grey.
Tumblr media
In the background of the chapter title of within White Clouds, the same plants are present, with the background design as a white paper with the Church of Seiros logo. However, like the date circle, during a period of war the background becomes dark with sparks of war flames, plants change to holly and thistle, the Church of Seiros logo to the country logo of the chosen house.
Tumblr media
The CF's background differs from the SS's in a red double-headed eagle with two additional black stripes.
Tumblr media
And this brings me to the background title before the start of each battle. Unlike the background title in each new chapter, which looks like a new page being turned to record daily events, the background title of a battle is literally the cover of notebook, and this may symbolize something similar to the Battle theme above. Like the chapter title background, it features the Church of Seiros logo during White Clouds and changes to the country logo for the chosen house, with SS and CF sharing the same background.
Tumblr media
Speaking of battle, before any start, Fodlan map will appear on a plank of wood. This is similar to what Claude did in cutscene The Academy, where he placed a map on a table and started discussing it.
Tumblr media
Battle Prep looks like a clock + glass mosaic, and if you notice, it is surrounded by a magic circle that appears between roles of units. It looks somewhat similar to Mila's Turnwheel, and I know Divine Pulse sounds like shattering glass, but it can be interpreted as follows; A clock is set before the start of a battle, and the magic circle is used to set units' movement points, and when the time comes to use Divine Pulse, the clock glass is shattered, which appears as a portal to an almost parallel world to return to a specific point. Furthermore, the design where the Crest of Flames is located in the middle and surrounded by the rest of the crests is very similar to the Goddess mural. There is also a crescent inside which looks like a star chart, and this corresponds to the cutscene At Death's Door, where the use of Divine Pulse shows what looks like space.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Because we don't use a battle notebook, we use a key ring memo pad instead.
Tumblr media
Despite all the praise I gave for the game's UI design, there were some things that disappointed me. Most notable is the Adrestian empire logo for Silver Snow.
I know that the developers called Silver Snow the empire route, but they had to design the UI to fit the Crest of Flames flag, which represents the route as a whole. They don't even reuse the MVP frame from prologue, even though it's very convenient for the route. Why do they design loungewear in line with the Crest of Flames flag but not with the UI?
Tumblr media
again they using the Adrestian empire logo for the unique classes poster. Why didn't they design a unique poster for each route? Or make it neutral?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I wish they would change the plant patterns during the tea party in Byleth's room to match the ambiance like a garden.
Tumblr media
After all, 3H's UI design is not as perfect or innovative and iconic as Persona 5. However, in this post I wanted to share what I found fun about designing it, and you can summarize it as follows: 3H's UI design represents Sothis, the goddess of the Fodlan world, and the core foundation of the Church of Seiros, which in turn built the Officers Academy where you begin your new life as a instructor to your students through the passing seasons of the year.
Of course, I did not include all the UI designs, perhaps because I forgot them or failed to know its meaning, such as magic circle when raising the level. So, feel free to add to this post if you have any ideas.

Yep, Riegan are descended from the same lineage as Blaiddyd. But the explanation seems to be something else I came up with with a friend.
Just to warn you, if you're an Edelgard fan, you may not like what I have to say. So, if this post gets out of control, I will delete everything related to CF.
Well, have a noble from the kingdom; And an old man from the church; And a noblewoman from the alliance, but she barely stands out, unlike the person from the church in the back, whose hat highlights who it belongs to. Then have another noble from the kingdom, and have a noble from the alliance who is framed as being from the kingdom. All this, and there is not a single noble from the empire.
Tumblr media
All of this indicates that at the end of the CF, Edelgard is only oppressing church officials, the kingdom's nobles, and perhaps to a lesser extent the alliance's nobles.
Details and analysis of 3H outfits
Tumblr media
There is a reflection of the house color in the uniforms of students. Although the examples presented in the image are non-recruitable characters, when you recruit students, the color of the reflection in their uniforms will change to the color of your chosen house.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Byleth academy uniform concept is based on the concept of student uniforms in modern japanese media. Such as the female uniform, which is based on a japanese female student uniform in terms of a hairband, short skirt, andwhite stockings. The male uniform is based on a uniform from the Taisho period.
Tumblr media
Female summer clothing is based on the Patra's uniform with the color scheme reversed, the reason may be due to Petra's nature that adapts to hot weather. However, male summer clothing is based on Felix's uniform🤔
Tumblr media
The evening wear consists of an Aiguillette which symbolizes honour, and a stylized design of Pellegrina which has a rhombus (males) and heart (females) shape on its edges, with a standard CoS pattern on the males sleeves and females skirts. The female skirts specifically are the same design as the nun's which both contain the pattern of Sothis' dress. Since the evening wear is intended to celebrate Garreg Mach's establishment, it is only natural that the design combines a formal uniform with CoS clothing.
Duscur
The children wear clothing similar to ancient Egyptian clothing, but the clothing of the man and woman closely resembles those of northern europe. (However, I may be wrong, so feel free to add to this post if you know more about the type of clothing of the Duscur people)
Tumblr media
All clothing of the Duscur people of this feature a pixelated pattern, and color schemes of teal, light orange, vanilla, and red cords.
The design of their jewelry appears to be a mixture of wing symbols from cultures such as American Indians, Egyptians, and Persians.
Tumblr media
Almyra
This man from the VW end mural wears clothing similar to Nader's, and with a color scheme similar to Claude's and the color purple, which symbolizes royalty in persian culture, he is very likely the king of Almyra.
Tumblr media
What I found interesting is that although Almyra is inspired by Persian culture, Nader and king's clothing is similar to Tibetan clothing. However, this is not a problem, there is no shame in drawing inspiration from a number of different cultures to make a culture in a fantasy story, as is the case with Duscur.
Dagda
From the clothing of the man on the camel and the helmets of the soldiers, Dagda appears to be inspired by Ottoman culture.
Tumblr media
The reason I believe they are from Dagda is because there are many Shamir's design elements at their design.
Tumblr media
Well, my statement that "there is no shame in drawing inspiration from a number of different cultures to make a culture in a fantasy story," this is an example of the opposite.
Tumblr media
This man from the CF end mural wears the emblem of the kingdom, but his clothing style is that of the alliance. Why🤔
To know the difference between the clothing style of Fodlan countries, read this.

Some of the things worth mentioning besides the 3H Dishes Reference:
Whole chicken meal
Tumblr media
It does not have a name or description, and it cannot be selected in a meal menu. It is exclusive only for kingdom and alliance founding day (Chap 6/8), and battle of the eagle and lion (Chap 7).
Number of side dishes for all characters:
Tumblr media
Side dishes consist of salad, soup and bread, and each has two types. However, the choice of types seems to be random.

Character Model Movement Reference: Part 2
Part 1 here
No.15 Sitting (it is not limited to sauna only)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
There is a difference in the placement of the feet between characters of the same model, apparently due to the size of the character model itself, for example, a slight difference can be seen between Yuri's and Lorenz's feet. However, this seems to be only for males inside a sauna.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The difference between FMM' 1 and FMM' 2 lies in the placement of two hands
High body temperature
Tumblr media
Featured Model
Rhea: Like FMM' 2, fold her hands in front, but in a slightly higher position. Otherwise, the rest of her model movements are the same as those of FMM' 1.
Tumblr media
Sothis has three models in general. 1) FMM' 1 in the most in-game scenes. 2) Float model during explore. 3) Sitting on her throne in the scenes of her meeting and in Zahras.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Solon/Tomas: An old man leaning on a stick. It can be seen that older NPCs have the same model.
Tumblr media
As for Ionius, his model is just sitting on his throne. I think most of you know that.
Below is a set of moves that all models can do.
The wondering about something
Tumblr media
The search for something
Tumblr media
Byleth can do this move somewhere in Abyss.
The look up
Tumblr media
The hand on heart
Tumblr media
Pointing fingers or pointing at something
Tumblr media
I don't know what this is supposed to be?
Tumblr media
Fatigue after hard work or give up
Tumblr media
(Remembering I've seen Bernadetta do this somewhere)
Kneeling on the ground
Tumblr media
I don't know if there is a special move for each model, because not many characters did it. However, it should be noted not to confuse it with No.12 and above.
Drowsiness
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I don't know if character other than Linhardt made this move.
Encouragement
Tumblr media
Battalions in battle can do this movement.
Cheering out loud
Tumblr media
Caspar can be seen making this move in one of the explore chapters.
A set of movements characters while eating meals. (It is no longer possible to put more pictures)
Male - Moving hands while speaking; Right hand movement only; Leaning on a left hand; Laying hands to think; Lowering the hands from the table and nodding the head; Crossed arms (only Lorenz can do this).
Female - Right hand movement only; Put arms on a table; Extend the arms in front, then put it on a table, then put it back in place; Laying hands to think; Lowering the hands from the table and nodding the head.
Models movement in Unit Appearance. It is not limited to Unit Appearance, and characters making these moves can be seen in most parts of the game.
MMM' 1: Swing for a while, then folding the hands in front, then spreading the hands apart and move the right foot.
FMM' 1: Swaying, then looked at the right foot, raiseding the left hand and looked at it./Swaying, then fold the hands in front, then spreading hands apart while swinging.
MMM' 2: Scratching the head, then lowering a swaying hand, then placing the hands behind the hips./Turn the head at first, then place the hands on the hips while moving the right foot, and at the end pull the arms back.
FMM' 2: Swing hands and body for a while./Looking down then up.
MMM' 3: Lower the left hand and then kick the right foot into the ground./Putting hands to think, then looked up, then wiped the dust off arm, and at the end lowered both hands.
FMM' 3: Putting hands to think, then folded back./Extending the arms forward with interlocking fingers, then placing the right hand on the hip and knocking the left foot on the ground.
Regarding the movements of models at a tea party, a Japanese fan did this to both males and females.

Character Model Movement Reference: Part 1
Tumblr media
Part 2 here
Character model types are divided into 6 basic types in general, and others and so on.
MMM' 1: Male Movement Model No.1, it is for characters with a serious, simple or straight personality.
FMM' 1: Female Movement Model No.1, it is a female counterpart from MMM' 1.
MMM' 2: Male Movement Model No.2, it's for characters with a self-confident or hot-blooded personality. (Catherine and Judith are the only female characters who have a male model, most likely due to their tomboyish personalities.)
FMM' 2: Female Movement Model No.2, it's for characters with a soft or tender personality or more feminine or otherwise (I don't know about Hapi).
MMM' 3: Male Movement Model No.3, it is for characters with a self-confident personality along with a sense of arrogance.
FMM' 3: Female Movement Model No.3, it is a female counterpart from MMM' 3.
Featured model: more will be explained in the post.
Kronya, Lonato, Miklan, Nemesis, Gwendal, and Acheron are not included because they only appear in maps and not in-game scenes, making their species determination purely guesswork. (Just to warn you that I haven't played Hopes) *Young Dimitri is MMM' 1 and Young Edelgard is FMM' 1.
In general, all models share a head move for approval or rejection. For MMM' 1, the movement of a head nod is characterized by a snapping of the fingers of hands for a moment.
Tumblr media
No.1 Extending a hand while talking about something
Tumblr media
No.2 Bowing to greet formally
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
During one of the explore chapters, Petra can bowing like MMM' 1.
No.3 Greeting informally (It only appears for MMM'1 and FMM'1.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
No.4 Encouragement or determination to do something
Tumblr media
No.5 Happiness, pride or enjoyment
Tumblr media Tumblr media
No.6 Thinking of something (Please note that there is a difference in left handed between FMM' 1 and FMM' 3)
Tumblr media
No.7 Surprised or shocked by something
Tumblr media
No.8 Shows hostility or categorical rejection of something
Tumblr media
No.9 Sadness or grief about something, and in the case of MMM' 3 and FMM' 3 the shame
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This movement can be performed by all models and is not limited to MMM'1.
No.10 Crossed arms
Tumblr media Tumblr media
FMM' 2, MMM' 3, and FMM' 3 have not been seen doing crossed arms, but these poses may serve as their own counterpart to crossed arms.
No.11, Male models can make a distinctive movement that may express relaxation or indifference
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(It seems to be exclusive to males only, as no females have been seen doing something similar, or at least counterpart to it.)
No.12 Remove things from the ground
Tumblr media
The difference lies in the way the left hand is positioned.
No.13 Prayer
Overall, there is a slight difference in the way the hands are positioned and the head drop between each model. However, all models can do this movement outside of prayer to express grief or otherwise.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
*Please do not confuse it with FMM' 2 No. 9
No.14 Sitting during a lesson
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
*FMM' 1 They move their heads as if they are reading

"Our tea party fanservice minigame is akshually very deep and serious"
If the game 3H was a human being, they would smell their own farts or used toilet paper.
They didn't have to write this. They could have had a silly, fun fanservice tea time banner with maid outfits, but no. We gotta pretend that this has meaning and it comes across as so tone deaf and naive, but I guess this is a good representation of 3H's pseudo-intellectuality.
I hope the 3H spam in Heroes stops soon, really do.

Byleth's Design
This post is a full analysis of Byleth's design, their Enlightened One class, and other things I found interesting about them. (I will also mention the Ashen Wolves house, but I will focus on the design of the house itself, not its characters.)
Hair
Byleth's hair is modeled after a wolf hairstyle (ウルフヘアー), and although the wolf hairstyle may not symbolize a particular thing, the word for wolf/wolves is according to lore "the beasts who guard the Blue Sea Star".
Tumblr media
Outfit
Male Byleth, Bishop, and Priest class all wear armor that covers the shoulders and upper chest.
EDIT: After searching, the name of the type of armor worn by the Byleth and clerics is Gorget.
Tumblr media
while Female Byleth wears a nun's collar.
Tumblr media
This indicates Byleth's connection with the church from the beginning.
The pattern on Male Byleth's chest is a stylized of the crest of flames, with the 3 tears below and the 3 rhombus in the middle together forming the pattern on his chest, and the tear above are the one on his back.
Tumblr media
Or it may be a stylized form of the Sothis tiara.
Tumblr media
Speaking of the Sothis tiara, the pattern present on the sleeves of their coat is also a stylized form of it.
Tumblr media
The pattern on Byleth's back is a triquetra, the triquetra has so many meanings, which vary from culture to culture, that I fail to see what it stands for with Byleth. The closest meaning to Byleth and the Three Houses concept I found for triquetra is that it is "three-cornered and connected deeply with the power of three".
Tumblr media
Of course, no need to explain about the Byleth's pendant. (Just a little explanation: the green part is similar to the Flayn and Seteth pattern but mixed with P4. Same thing with the pink part, it's a mix between P4 and P1.)
Tumblr media
In general, the main color in Byleth's outfit is gray, which symbolizes a lack of emotion, and that represents Byleth's emotional state at the beginning of the game. Gray is also a symbol of neutrality due to being a shade between white and black, and in the case of a basic Byleth's outfit, black is a dominant color, while white is a subdued shade (in the case of Male Byleth, white is not visible, though under his armor), but when they become the Enlightened One, the roles of black and white are reversed. This is closer to the concept of yin and yang, where the black yin is darkness and the white yang is light, but the essence of each has the color of the opposite side.
On their arms, the Byleth wear silver armor. Due to the purity of silver so high that it reflects like a mirror, it symbolizes seeing the true self in our depths. All of this points to Silver Snow, Byleth's own route, who they are discovering more about themselves and their Nabataean heritage. As for the reason that silver is only in their arms, it is because the arms symbolize acceptance and embracing life experience.
As I already mentioned in my previous post, the white and pink in Byleth's outfit are the colors of the ribbons of Sothis' hair, symbolizing their association with her. Besides, the color of their dagger is the same as the colors of her dress, blue, black, and gold.
A little note: many might think that the Byleth's dagger cross-guard is the same as the house leaders insignia inverted, but in fact it is completely different, at least within the game model.
Tumblr media
(The house leaders insignia itself differs from one work and design to another related to the game, and it can only be noticed after an audit.)
Enlightened One
One of the most notable things about Enlightened One is definitely the color purple, whether it's the crest of flames or the signature color of Byleth, Sothis, and the game itself. Purple is the color of the Sahasrara, also known as the crown chakra, is the seventh energy center in the chakra system. It is the highest point in the body and acts as a bridge between our physical selves and nirvana. Notably, Enlightened Byleth's tiara contains purple, unlike Sothis and Rheas' tiara.
Tumblr media
Like the Nabataeans, the Enlightened One's design has stylized parts of Sothis's design, as well as Rhea's.
Tumblr media
A velvet scarf, in particular, is worn in the same style as religious or sacred-role characters in the franchise.
Tumblr media
There is also a similarity to the dancer's design. This goes with Emblem Byleth being a dancer in Engage.
Tumblr media
Especially since Sothis's design is more like a dancer. And the tiki's design itself looks like dancer.
Tumblr media
Enlightened One has a pattern on the back under the cape, which is probably the crest of flames. This goes with Seiros and Dimitri, who also have their crest on the back under their cape. Claude doesn't have his crest in his Wyvern Master design, but he does at least have one in his Barbarossa's quiver. The only one without a crest on the back is Edelgard, which instead has an empty heart, which may indicate a stark contrast to Byleth.
Tumblr media
Fencing Style
Byleth's style of carrying a sword is similar to that of the greatsword, which requires it to be carried on two shoulders due to its heavy weight.
Tumblr media
The development of such a style is most likely due to training to wield a sword at an early age.
Tumblr media
Although Byleth's animation is similar to the other characters' animation of wielding a sword, Byleth have a distinct animation in their final strike.
Tumblr media
While all characters jump up to strike, Byleth hold the blade opposite to the ground and then direct it upwards during a lunge. It's like dragging a heavy sword across the ground to deal a fatal blow, and that's one ways to use the greatsword.
But when the Byleth became enlightened one, their sword-wielding style became lighter and more graceful.
Tumblr media
They spin as if it were a dance, then counter a straight line strike with balance. They hold their left hand in a fist at their hearts as it glows as if they are praying, and then they release it with the faith power they have gathered.
Tumblr media
The armor on Byleth's right arm is somewhat similar to the Immaculate One.
Tumblr media
This indicates that the Byleth's right arm, which holds their weapon, represents the Immaculate One, an ability Rhea/Seiros has rarely used to end dangerous situations in battlefield. While Byleth's left arm, unarmored and unarmed, indicates Rhea/Seiros's ability to end wars with her bare hands with minimal casualties, as she did with Nemesis.
Going back to the Ashen Wolves, everyone is surely aware of the contrast in the colors of the Academy and Abyss students' uniforms. As I mentioned in my previous post, the colors of the Academy uniform represent Sothis, while the colors of the Abyss uniform represent Byleth. White, silver, black, gray, purpue. This refers to the concept of dualism, which is commonly used in the Final Fantasy series.

Sothis' design symbols and colors are frequently represented in nabataeans design, game's UI and many more. In this post, we will address all of this.
Stars
These magical points of light would have always reminded people of other worlds and heavenly powers. According to spiritualists and astrologers, the stars transmit certain messages and energies that affect our own world. Stars are often seen as magical and mysterious, reflecting the mysteries of the universe. Also, the star would hold the meaning to something higher, beautiful, enlightening, mighty, and divine. All of these things unmistakably represent everything Sothis is in a game. The stars also symbolize guidance on the right path (either literally or figuratively), a role played by Sothis, Byleth, and Rhea in game.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Heart
The heart often symbolizes love and passion, but it also symbolizes spirit, the essence of life and strength, and this is in line with the concept of the crest of flames as the source of Sothis' power. Furthermore, the crest of flames is in the stylized shape of a heart, and in the Sothis' design it appears literally inside a heart in her necklace.
The similarity of the design of Sothis to the Nabataeans
In order to understand the method of my explanation of the similarity of the nabateans design with Sothis' tiara, I divided the crown parts and named each part as follows: P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, and P9.
Tumblr media
Surely many have noticed that Rhea's adornment is very similar to that of Sothis, while the patterns on her cape are similar to those of Sothis' dress and the crest of flames.
Tumblr media
She has P1 and P2 in her outfit as Seiros.
Tumblr media
Like Rhea, Seteth has in both his diadem and belt frame and tassels similar parts to that of Sothis’ tiara, but in a more stylized form as pictured below.
Tumblr media
While Flayn's barrette may not look like the parts of Sothis' tiara at first glance, they are in fact stylized P1, P2/P3, and P5.
Tumblr media
The distinctive pattern that Seteth and Flayn share looks like a stylized of Sothis' knot, and even the pattern on Seteth's back is similar to a P3.
Tumblr media
Even the pendant owned by Sitri is the same as the P8.
Tumblr media
Colors
Sothis generally wears blue (specifically dark blue), which is the color of the star Sirius. However, it is very important to note that the Sothis' ribbons are distinguished by the color white, which in Buddhist culture and most world cultures symbolizes learning, purity, longevity and knowledge, and pink symbolizes the traditional Buddha. So we see Sothis in crests mural wearing only white and pink. (I avoided golden and black because I felt that they are just colors used in general in design)
Tumblr media
Besides, all the Nabateans wear the same Sothis’ color scheme, white, blue, golden and black.
Tumblr media
The only color they lack is pink, which only Byleth and Seiros wear in her hair band.
Tumblr media
The Byleth's dagger also has the same Sothis' color scheme, representing the relationship they have. But I guess I'll talk more about Byleth's design in another post.
The rainbow fish bestowing the Goddess Messenger has the same Sothis' color scheme.
Tumblr media
I know that I ignored black and golden, and I know that some may think that the uniform colors of the Officers Academy represent the names of the three houses, but it also specifically represents the Sothis' color scheme, and evidence of this is the white shirts, and the dark blue which is the same color as Sothis' dress.
Its house leader insignia is similar to P1 and P4.
Tumblr media
The pattern in uniform has P1 motifs, as does the infinity motif in Sothis' necklace.
Tumblr media
The uniform brooch is stylized for P1, P3 and P4, but in rhombus pattern style.
Tumblr media
Speaking of the rhombus pattern, some must have noticed it given its presence a lot in the game, and in any product for it. Sometimes 4 rhombuses major are combined to form a four-pointed star, and sometimes 4 rhombus minors are also combined with the major ones to form an eight-pointed star. The eight-pointed star is the one that represents Sothis and the Nabateans in general, which symbolizes god, protection, and victory. Over the years, it has also taken on different meanings due to a variety of cultures and customs adopting it. In many cultures the eight-pointed star is also a symbol of harmony, spirit, and matter. You could even think of this star shape as two superimposed squares that form the basis for the universe. Sometimes a square is confused with a rhombus, especially since a rhombus can also form an eight-pointed star with a square.
Tumblr media
This pattern is present in many parts of the game, including white magic units, church npc, and the pattern found in Rhea and Gilbert outfits.
Tumblr media
The pattern found in Cathedral.
Tumblr media
And in many UI game.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There are also many UI that contain a Sothis' design, as shown in the image below.

Crests' Color While Using It
Tumblr media
Crest of Flames, Riegan, Dominic, Lamine, Chevalier, and Noa all have a yellow tint while using it.
Tumblr media
Blaiddyd, Fraldarius, Gautier, Daphnel, Charon, Gloucester, Seiros, Cethleann, Macuil, and Beast all have a blue tint while using it.
Tumblr media
Cichol, Goneril, Aubin, and Ernest all have a green tint while using it.
Tumblr media
Crest of Indech is have a distinctive cyan color.
Tumblr media
The color of the Crest of Timotheos is unknown. as unlike other Crests, the Crest of Timotheos appears dimly while in use, making its color difficult to identify and even to notice.
Tumblr media
It is also worth noting that the Crests that was used by the beasts classes has a purple color.
Tumblr media
Hegemon Edelgard's attacks feature something similar to the latter, with the Crest of Flames appearing in red and the Crest of Seiros in purple.

Interpretation of the Blue Scar on Dimitri's Armor
Perhaps few have noticed this, however, the blue scar on Dimitri's armor is a stylized form of the Crest of Blaiddyd, as both scar and crest resemble a star (specifically four point star). This is further evidenced by the background of the AG chapters title, where there are several Crest of Blaiddyd-like stars.
Tumblr media
It is also known that the four point star resembles a cross, and this may explain the reason for the presence of a small cross on Dimitri's belt in his legendary and summer artwork.
