Theres a cool feature ingame that if you select in the send delivery box option, when you type the player name, if it doesnt cancel it, it means theyre still on carby, but if you type the player name and it gets cancel after you press ok, it means they actually moved, so theres that way to know if theyre lying or if theyre not
